Dr. Charles Mok compares Xeomin, Botox, and Dysport on how fast they work and how long they last. Xeomin kicks in fastest, Dysport spreads the most, and Xeomin lasts slightly longer. Dosing ratios differ between the three to achieve the same clinical effect.

How long does it take for it to kick in? Actually, okay, so we look at the three major toxins that we're seeing right now, which is xeomin, Botox and dysport. Xeomin has the fastest onset, about two to three days in women and three to five in men. Botox in between, about three to five days in women, five to seven days of men and dysport is a little bit longer, about five to seven days in women and a little bit longer in men. Now in terms of how long they last, Xema's got a little itch, lasts about a week or 11 days longer. The dysport dosing is not matching up with Botox and Xeomin, but there's a ratio we use to get them the same. So we're using equal clinical doses. Go faster onset, lower ratio, Xeomin, Botox, you know, Bumlabari in the middle and then the dysport a little shorter, long lasting and a little longer onset. Dysport spreads the most xeome and the least Botox treatment twinks, you have subtle differences.
