So this is Sandy and she's about five weeks after having a facelift. Can you tell us what made you decide to undergo the facelift procedure?

I just decided I wanted to look younger and I was 71 and I thought maybe this is the time to do it. I didn't want to get any older, not be able to have it done, and I wanted to feel good about myself.

So tell us about your experience. How was it?

I did exactly what they told me. I felt very confident. Everybody was very nice here. They helped me. I felt comfortable with you, doctor. I had no pain as long as I took the Tylenol.

Tell us about how you feel now in terms of your results and are you glad that you did it?

Wonderful. They did a better job than the other one I had. I had another one in 2001 and you did. You did a better job.
