Hormone replacement is really an entry level thing that there is no rationale to why all women who go into menopause in general should not be put on hormone replacement therapy. You know, the ovaries petered out. You had a certain number of eggs. When you're born in menopause, when you run out of eggs, then you run out of the ability to make these estrogen, testosterone, progesterone. You make a little bit, but very little. There's other organs that make these hormones, but the ovaries are the predominant ones. And once the ovaries, ovaries have failed, which is definition of menopause, those levels drop off and aging starts coming pretty fast.
