Two weeks post-op (ran/walked a 5K)
Okay, Brandon, you're here for your follow up. What procedure did you have done?
I had a combituck and breast augmentation.
And you had kids, I assume?
Yes, I had two children.
And doing kind of a mommy makeover.
Yeah. It.
Was concerning you thinking that you needed to have a combituck?
I always had kind of a pooch in the front of my stomach. And after kids, it just never went down. It got worse. And, you know, exercise and diet, you know, even when it went down, it was still there.
So.
I wanted it flat.
And we did the combituck and then we did the breast augmentation. Through the stomach scar, right? Yes. And how's everything going now?
It's good. I mean, I bounced back really fast. I'm glad that I did it all at the same time. So I don't have any scarring on the sides or underneath, so that makes it nice. It's real seamless.
How much downtime did you have?
I was off of work for a week.
Great.
And then as far as working out, I actually, two weeks in, I ran a 5K. I ran walked it, and then I went back to like full working out where I did my stomach exercises and stuff after about six weeks.
