Dr. Charles Mok recommends short 12-week courses of low-dose semaglutide for weight loss, with metformin to maintain results. Higher doses cost roughly 10 times more. You can repeat the cycle if you need to lose more weight.

We can use semaglutide in a short period with the lower dose, which is 1 to 12 or 13 weeks. Way less expensive than getting up to that high dose, which is 10 times higher than the weight loss dose. And then take a break. One Metformin to maintain that weight off, maintain that suppression of appetite. Metformin myself does help with weight loss. And then if you need additional semaglutide, you could take it periodically at the lower dose or do another round if you want to lose an additional percentage of body weight. You could take another whole 12 weeks round. That'd be possible to do.
