The excerpt is a short patient testimonial / interview featuring an interviewer (SPEAKER B) and the patient Karen (SPEAKER A) discussing her experience one week after upper eyelid surgery; Dr. Kotlis is mentioned as the surgeon. The content is a review of the procedure, recovery, and patient satisfaction.

All right. So this is Karen. She's one week after having her upper eyelids done. Can you tell us what prompted you to seek out the upper eyelid procedure?
People would tell me that I look tired and my eye makeup would end up under my eyebrows. I hadn't seen my eyelids in a long time.
And how was the experience?
Oh, it was wonderful. I had a great experience with the staff, and Dr. Kotlis was great and talked to me through the whole thing, and it was pretty much painless.
And so now you're at one week. How are you feeling about things?
So much better. I can see my eyelids. I can wear makeup. The swelling is not even gone already. It's just wonderful.
Great. Thank you.
