The hormones it was giving me were all over the place. And I tried compounded testosterone, you know, they just put on my arm. But I still had everything that women complain about in midlife. All of those things were not being managed by the patch and the cream. But I continued to do it because I thought, well, what else am I going to do? No doctor had ever said to me hey, there are other modalities that you can try of hrt.
