So let me kind of sum these up for you because there's quite a few. And when we pull all of these competencies together, we can build on them, but these competencies then become like this this DNA, this, this kind of internal structure that holds everything together into the future so that we can build onto it. So now that we know what the competencies are, we're aware of it. And that's my homework to you. It's like, you're aware of these things. But now that you're aware of it, you'll start to be able to identify it in yourself or in other people or in things that you're reading or You know, hearing about.
