We see the world through mental lenses: some zoom in on details, others widen perspective, some tint everything rose-colored. Pick different lenses consciously and you change what you see, what you think is possible, and where you go next.

So here's a pretty picture designed by artificial intelligence. We're looking at the world. But what if we're looking at the world and it's blurry because we can't quite focus on it because we need new contact lenses? We, we need glasses. We need to be able to see more clearly what we're looking at, and the lenses that we choose to use to look at the world will really determine what it is we're seeing. I have contact lenses so I can see far, and then I put readers on, on top of them so I can see close, and that combination of lenses allows me to navigate my world. We could also put it into focus with a camera lens. We could focus in on one particular part so that we could have a, a good picture of it. We could also get a little closer with a magnifying glass to identify an element of that picture. We might have some kind of a kaleidoscope over the picture, and as the kaleidoscope changes, we're seeing different ideas and pictures. We can put on a pair of rose-colored glasses and see everything with a different hue. And we can also look far. We can take a telescope and look far into the future, far into what does this, this particular picture look like in the bigger scheme of things. So consider the lenses that you use. To look at the world that you're in and give yourself permission to change those lenses, to pick up something else and reinvestigate what you are considering with a new lens. Find someone to help you, to coach you, to navigate you through that so that you know what lenses you're using and what that lens implies for the world that you're creating for yourself.
