How to turn your laziness into $$ as an affiliate

Chase Fisher argues that top affiliates should stop grinding on camera and instead outsource tasks, build systems, and become strategic owners. He earned his first $100K streaming 5-8 hours daily, but claims delegating work scales faster and higher, especially as AI improves.

Every single one of the best affiliates that I know does not hide from their laziness. They just take advantage of it better than everybody else. And once you acknowledge that you're lazier than the live streamers who go live for 5 hours a day to sell products, you can start to understand how you can actually go out and make more money than them. What you don't realize about 90% of TikTok Shop affiliates is that they are scared, scared of building something outside of themselves and not being in every single video, editing every single video, and posting everything themselves. But there is no business in the world, and even affiliates outside of TikTok Shop, don't do this. They do not film every video themselves, edit things themselves, and post it themselves. In reality, once you understand that you shouldn't be the one on camera, you should be the mastermind behind everything, looking at strategy and looking for the products that are gonna be working next, your whole role completely shifts from, hey, I'm this influencer, to, hey, I'm a business owner that can actually go and expand my influence beyond myself. And I believe if you're a good affiliate and you do not take the initiative to go and outsource tasks, it is literally unethical because you have the skillset to be able to distribute quality products to many people, but you are too scared to get out of yourself and become an actual business owner that you just continue to film, edit, and post everything yourself. I used to go live for 5 to 8 hours every single day. That's how I made my first $100K. At some point I realized, A, number one, I don't like this, and B, number two, I can make way more money if I were to just outsource myself. And with AI continuing to get better, the most valuable thing becomes these systems that you can build. There has been no great business, no great family that has been built alone. So the sooner that you get out of doing everything yourself, the happier you become and the more money you can make a lot quicker. And if you like this, drop me a follow.

The catch is you actually have to do it because productivity implies you work hard lol

If I could have just done this when I got started, I would have progressed way faster

This is literally how TikTok Shop works and it will not change unless there's a major algorithm
