8 lessons of outsourcing TikTok Shop to at least $1,000 profit per day. Number 1, get your creator a storage unit. When I find more winning products for our team, it's not because I selected something and it was a one-off and it just worked. It is because we're selecting more products. Our creator has a storage unit. I have to pay $200 a month for it, but it makes us a lot more than that because we can have infinite amounts of products. Second one, editor and poster needs to be one person. When I first started outsourcing TikTok Shop over a year ago, I had an editing department, a posting department, and a filming department. Just make somebody that films the videos and somebody that edits and posts the videos is all you need, really all you need from a basic level. Hire creators for attitude over skill. Once you realize the TikTok shop is not actually hard, like the videos aren't the hard part, it's everything else like products, consistency, accounts, etc., you start to realize literally all you need is somebody that has a good attitude and is willing to learn with you and can grow with you. They don't need to be like the most amazing creator of all time. They need to have a good attitude and be willing to grow. Nigerian VAs are the kings. I have had fantastic experiences with a team in Nigeria, and they just know TikTok already and can grow accounts, which is nice. But they've also just been very responsive. I've been working with Nigerian VAs for over a year, and everybody else goes to the Philippines. They're good too, but again, Nigerian VAs are the kings. Learn how to grow accounts. If you want to scale TikTok Shop, you're not just gonna need one account, you're gonna need multiple, okay? You cannot just continue to pay $600 every time you need a new account. You have to figure out a way to either buy accounts cheaper, grow accounts organically, or grow accounts with ads. Buy and return products. If you wanna be quick and get on the best products like Shark and Ninja that have the most ad spend behind them early, it's worth it to have your creator go to the store and buy a Shark and Ninja product and then return it later on so that you can be quick with these products and also not have to film them in store. You can take it home, and just return it later on, go get the Best Buy Pro membership. Any style can be outsourced. People think that you can only outsource like simple bottom-of-funnel videos. You can outsource anything as long as you can turn it into a simple enough brief for the creator to work with. And again, as long as they're willing to have a good attitude, they can use any style. And then 100+ videos a day or NGMI, never gonna make it. You need to do lots of videos consistently so that you can consistently find winners. It's the same thing with product. You do so much volume that it's unreasonable that you lose and you win. And if you like content like this, drop me a follow.

The catch is you actually have to do it because productivity implies you work hard lol

If I could have just done this when I got started, I would have progressed way faster

This is literally how TikTok Shop works and it will not change unless there's a major algorithm
