In this motivational monologue, Chase Fisher explains that the key to achieving wealth, success, and fulfilling relationships lies in deliberately controlling one’s psychological state. He introduces a simple three‑point diagram—a triangle composed of focus, self‑talk (ST), and body language—and argues that maintaining a positive state over a sustained period inevitably produces positive results. Fisher describes how a loss of focus leads to negative emotions, how self‑talk shapes confidence and risk‑taking, and how body language (breathing, posture) reinforces motivation. By consistently aligning focus on desired outcomes, speaking affirmatively to oneself, and adopting empowering body language, a person can “manipulate reality” and achieve the results they desire. The core claim is that the state you stay in long enough becomes your reality, making success inevitable when the triangle is applied.

Why are there some people that it feels like everything just works out for them? They've got a great business, make a lot of money, great relationships, and then other people that don't have that thing and they're kind of lost and they don't know why things aren't working for them. Well, it's not God-given, I will tell you that, but it mainly comes down to this little pencil drawing right here, and I'll explain it because this is what allows you to manipulate your reality and why world-class people have massively different realities than amateurs, and you can't put them against each other because people who know this literally are living in a different paradigm than normal people. There's this rule that says whatever state you stay in for a long enough period of time is the result that you are gonna get. If you are sad and you think that things are gonna go bad for you, you are going to get a bad result. If you are a very happy, confident person, it's very likely that you get a fantastic, happy result. And step 1 of creating your state so you can stay in it for a long period of time and feel good and get great results is your focus. Most of the time when people start to get sad, it's because they forget what they are working on. They don't know why they're putting in hard work and they cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel, and their focus is on bad things. If you got into a car and you thought that it was gonna get into a car crash at the end of the car ride, you'd get into the car and feel really bad, right? That's why some people are very sad because they believe that what's gonna happen in their future is not gonna be something good. And so if you can continue to remind yourself that where you're going is good, you're gonna be very happy. If you work right now and your focus is on the good things, you're gonna be happy during the process of getting to the good things. And then self-talk is ST. ST is self-talk, and this means what are you saying to yourself? Are you saying, I can do this? Is this something that's easy for me? Or are you talking yourselves out of taking risk? And then the last one on here is body language. Are you breathing? Are you in a state where you're hunched over and trying to be motivated like this? It's really difficult to be motivated if you're all crumbled up. And it's easy to be motivated if you're breathing good, telling yourself good things, and focusing on your vision. And if you can stay in that state for a long enough period of time, you cannot not get that result. It is inevitable. So start remembering this little triangle here, control your state, and get successful, my friends.
