10,000 email subscribers.
50,000 Instagram followers.
I posted a video that video, high protein vegetarian recipes. And in it I linked to my email list. So in order to get all the recipes, which you could get all of them, I you had to sign up for my email list. And I had a lot of success. I think I gained. I gained 10,000 email subscribers from that. But the thing I didn't expect was that it was going to do so well on Instagram. I gained 50,000 Instagram followers from that post, which was really neat. And I know, I think it's my I highest followed post ever.
And can you see that within. I should know this. Can you see that within Instagram, like the number of followers that you got from a.
Which is really neat. And I have really used that a lot to guide the content that I create. Because I have, I have videos go viral. Like I had a video that got more views than that high protein vegetarian one, but gained me like less than 10% of the follow followers, which I thought was so interesting. Like I've really been analyzing like what makes people click follow on my content and it's been really helpful because something can go viral, but it doesn't necessarily translate to follow.
