A short monologue from a YouTube upload (Sep 16, 2025) where the speaker recalls the chaotic, informal start of a food-focused project with Jack. Well, at the beginning, it was chaotic and random, and it was Jack and I in the kitchen cooking dinner and trying to take pictures of it. And I had, like, different photo equipment I had maybe bought that day or the next new thing I was trying out, trying to just figure out, I don't know what we were doing. I was inspired to cook with vegetables. I was inspired to come home from the farmer's market and somehow make what I was making look beautiful and share it. And I don't know why. It certainly wasn't a business when it started started, although I had an idea that it would become something. But at the time, it wasn't anything. Nobody was making money and food on the Internet, so it wasn't like a career choice or a career path. It was, here's this cool thing that some people are doing that I think is interesting.
