Hello, I'm Jim Sternat. I'm just a witness to an accident at 1210 Del Oro. I was at the trunk of my car and there was a gentleman. I was across the street from Cheryl's at Jorgen Anderson's place. In the trunk of my car, I think the dog was near me, her dog, and there was a Somebody who turned out to be the friend of these guys, he asked me if I could move my car so he could jump somebody. And let's see, also just before then, I saw an older model Mustang, probably '65, '67 coupe, and there was two guys in it. The sun was hitting them and they were coming towards me and then I figured out, oh, jump. He needed his pickup truck jumped. And so my trunk was open, I was busy with some things, and then as I look up, then their Mustang was in Jorgen's driveway. They were in the sun, I could see them, two people. And Cheryl had backed out of her driveway, down the apron of it, out into the road, and then she saw the dog. She says, "Lance, come here." So Lance went over to her, and I was still looking in the trunk. And then, then there was the accident of the Mustang backing out into the road where Cheryl Kelmar was, and
