Oh, his teammate's there backing up, he's good. Snails moving for the blue team. Oh, gold team is really just holding down that port right there, and no one has taken the left gate yet, so gold was still stacking up even though they were trapped.

And, uh, now that they have the advantage, they have all their warriors out and Blue Team lost a life.

Oh, even the score with the warriors though. Snail's not moving. This is classic day map. It's gonna be forever game. Blue getting their warriors back up.

They have—

Blue looks like they're in control right now. They have the snail, they have— Yeah, Blue's definitely in the lead right now. Gold's trying to get their Speed Warriors back up. We got their speedy boys running around. Snail is out of the tunnel. Yeah, blue is definitely in the lead at the moment.

Gold already does have me outspeed.

Oh, and now gold wipes. Uh-oh. Yeah. Oh man, gold is back up to now, uh, both Vanillas.

Yes, get it clear on the snail.

Oh, successful counter fortress coming in. Abs for gold almost had the green hill but doesn't drop on it. Both these teams have some nasty warriors.

I can't see who Abs is right now.

She's really good. So is Neil. Neil's insane. And so is Kevin and Bueno on the blue team. Everyone's so good. Oh, oh, and gold has one left warrior. Oh, now he's gone. Spoke too soon, they got another one. Classic game. Oh, who's that? Blue Apps, Kevin with the green kill. Classic day map, even with the new berries. Oh, oh, and Toshi goes down. He's on last life. The snail is in there. Oh, and Gold is white. This is not looking good for Gold.

Oh, Toshi doesn't quite get his head under and loses his life.

Yeah, he was in a pretty sticky Spot right there. How does it work? So that was blue team, right? Yep. So 1, and then what stats? 2 hits, you need to hit save. Oh, gotcha. Yeah, and then 2 for stats. Gotcha. Alrighty, so blue adds— oh God, which page is it? For the queen kills? Okay, gold skulls. This is— oh god, I'm so slow.

Blue team just shuffled on you too.

So 1 and then 2 for Kevin, 1—

Kissy was in a pincer but managed to bump both warriors and get out of it. So she's still up. Both teams running Berries. Blue's got more Berries in right now, but no— oh, they do have one Warrior over on ledge.

Oh, Blue Berries are looking healthy though. They now have a ledge clearing out those Blue Berries.

I think they delayed Neil getting up. He just got up now. Speed.

But he went— oh, now he's down. What a great bump from 2 apps. Who is that? Bowser. Oh man, blueberries are chugging.

Stripes sneaks— uh, Gold Stripes sneaked a berry in, but they are still behind. Neil got one as well.

Here comes a couple more. Oh man, uncontested blueberries. This is not looking good for gold. Blue has 2 berries left. Queen's coming to ledge. Oh, oh, what a pokey little stick! Gets the drone. Oh, and the kick! Toshi making plays right now. Gets a warrior out, that's the warrior straight to ledge. Oh, Gold's not far behind, they only have 5 berries left, as long as they keep that ledge up on the blue side. Oh, it is now, it's now a game, 4 to 1. Oh, blue berry coming in right now, green coming over to ledge, Gold's getting the second warrior out, blue as well. Oh no, off his head, oh no! Oh no! I don't think there were any Warrior kills in that, or Queen kills in that game, were there? Oh, there was one. There was one by Puck Queen, which was here. Run something? Sure. Yeah, it's really hard to recover from this. If you can't get your warriors to stick, it's, uh, yeah, it's not much that can be done. Yeah, they're getting a couple out, um, just standing around. Blue is very dominant, controlling a lot of space.

Their snail fortress actions. Oh, what a good scrape from Neil. I don't think that was Neil. Yes.

All right, Gold mounting up, slowly moving back.

Yeah, it was that one, one warrior gets up, one warrior goes down, and that's all.

The classic fortress situation.

Oh, Snail is slowly getting back to the tunnel.

Yeah, inching. Once it gets back to the tunnel, it's so demoralizing because it means you have to go in there and clear it out. It's just very frustrating.

Um, yeah, let's see. Blue slowly brings it back. Oh, now Gold has it.

Oh, Melissa doing a great job of, uh, holding the Queen in there, but you know, can't, uh, can't hold the Queen and a Warrior at the same time.

Oh, Skulls coming in for that kill in the tunnel, trying to get the bump drone.

Oh yeah, oh, oh, who is that drone? Amazing job with the bumps.

Yeah, all right, Turbo just needs to calm down a little bit, like deep breaths. Um, same with Cody.

Cody's kind of the king of just losing both of his lives at the very beginning. He's like, all right, I guess I'll play safe.

Woody, I think of as having a— but Woody will either like not lose a life or lose them early and then just be like, all right, neck crack, and then get in there. Yeah, let's get it done. Turbo just kind of like staying calm in all of these situations that would be freaking me out.

Oh yes, I would have been dead a long, long time ago. And now he has his whole team back up.

Yo, big shout out to, uh, Roy on, uh, Whole team, like, that early, uh, just coming out, being out here at all, but especially like understanding snail jump-offs and all that. One of those things sounds very easy, kind of hard to actually get the hang of.

I'm wondering if this is the new— the two new, uh, berry patches, but it feels like we have been playing this game for a very long time and we're not even really close to famine. Yeah, lots of strawberries.

They're just trying to get their warriors back up though. Cody's doing a great job with this gate control. Yeah, oh, he's looking for that shuffle, at least on ledge right now. Oh, a turbo with the great positioning. Cody gets too ridiculous. Yeah, a little bit.

Sometimes you go for too much. Yeah, if Gold can get that snail to the waterfall, I feel like they'll be in a solid position.

Snail's already in a pretty scary spot. Yeah, that could get out of control so fast.

Yeah, Blue looking to make a push back for it though.

Blue focusing on the snail, and they're wise, they're just not running any berries at the moment. Right. Oh, I lied, here comes Berry Runner with—

Psych out, psych out. Blue moving the snail back as they should because Gold has no berries. Yeah. They want to make sure that Kelly goes down, gets into a safe spot before they go back to the berries.

Andrew, uh, Turbell looking like he's just going to go back to trying the tag gates, which is, you know, if they got one more Warrior out, that would be good. Elise going down, uh, gold on last Warrior.

Queens doing a great job of staying alive.

Yeah, both, both Queens, and I think that's going to be a theme that we see throughout tournament.

Oh, there's only one berry left for Blue, this is dangerous.

Yeah, it's not a great situation.

Oh, Blue's doing a great job of clearing out that snail though, making sure there's no way that will be their win factor. Yeah, Blue's playing this very safe, just moving the snail back. Oh yeah, so many berries, so many drones. Yeah, Gold, that's your only hope.

Oh, oh yeah, with that, oh, beautiful last minute kill, but not enough.

Their objective presence was just great.

I feel like to anybody starting out, like that, that watching a game where objective pressure made the difference.

Like that's where it's not just a, like a slaughterfest of queens.

But I mean, don't discount Turbo.

Oh, amazing. Yeah, giving Turbo a little extra time to go tag gates, that breathing room that he, uh, he wanted. Yeah, Blue, uh, Cody holding that right gate to get a Warrior out. Blue not able to make much, uh, headway on Berries lately, but the Snail is back at basically neutral.

What a kick! What a Berry kick from— I think that was Cody. Yeah, yeah, Gold needs to get their army back up.

Oh, great kill from Gold Abs. Yeah, zoning out the Warrior in their own hive.

Oh, Blue Abs looking to just kind of basically drone kill, which is great. Denying Warriors is like basically as good as killing Warriors.

Yeah, they got that mid one, but it's very hard to get one out when it's, uh, that heavily guarded.

Snail is chugging though. This is getting dangerous, but Blue has 3 berries left.

That's true, and they're all bottom.

This is getting close. Yep, Blue's playing it really well though, just like with Nightmap. They're just controlling the snail, pushing it back. And then when it's safe, then they come in.

Yeah, blue in a not great position, both having all the gates. Oh no, and blue, uh, the blue queen pinned down, although able to get out thanks to a little help from the blue abs.

Oh, oh, he's being a bouncy boy, snugging it.

There, chugging with that snail.

Yeah, it's getting real dangerous.

But otherwise, right there, it's looking pretty good. And he gets up, that's huge. And he gets the Warrior kill. Beautiful. Oh my God, Cody goes down! Now we got a real game.

True, it's a lot easier to get berries ready for like going to getting ready to go to Speed Warrior or even a Speed Snail, which is what most of these teams have kind of been opting for on this map. All right, gold team finding, almost finding warrior advantage as blue team turns it around. And now we've got 2 Warriors for each side. So far not a ton of progress. The blue team has gotten the snail outside of the tunnel, and gold team setting up for a pinch here. Let's see if it happens. Melissa finding her way out of that one.
