Chris Haroun calls Trump's proposed 35% tariff on Canadian imports a likely bluff, using the acronym TACO (Trump always chickens out) to describe his negotiation style. Haroun sees it as bullying but potentially useful for forcing tougher talks that could help shrink the U.S. deficit of $36.6 trillion.

What do you think of tariffs in Canada? Like 35%. Will it last? So let me answer that. So you mentioned the word taco, which is an acronym for Trump always chickens out. So my dad taught me, actually, don't focus on what Trump says, focus on what he does. So Trump is a master negotiate liberal. Hate him. It is what it's got. Now, when two people negotiate, one party says, I want this, the other party says, I want this. They meet right here. With Trump, it's different. I think it's a bluff. I still do, but I do think this is controversial. But I do think in 20 years we're going to look back and say by Trump bluffing like that and being a hard negotiator, it made the deficit go down a lot. The deficit is now $36.6 trillion. Not sustainable. So I agree to a certain extent with what he does. I don't like the fact he's bullying my people, Canada, but yeah, maybe Canada joins the eu, I don't know.
