Here's a road that's 70 miles from Dallas, Texas that gets 2,800 cars per day and climbing. Number two, go to Zillow and find a home for rent on the same road. These are usually cheaper than comparable homes because of the busy road. Here's one on Zillow for only $1,000 a month on that same road. Number three, go get a dealer's license with your state so you can buy vehicles at wholesale Mannheim or Odessa auctions and sell to retail. By the way, I've done all these things my so this isn't just theory I'm spouting here. Number four, Start posting tons of best selling used cars on Facebook Marketplace using Google Images. Get a feel for the local demand based on make, model, year, mileage, color, etc. Track everything in a Google sheet. How many tire kicker inquiries are you getting for serious buyers? Let's say 2018 Tacomas are getting a ton of traction. Go to the auction, buy one at a competitive price and get it inspected. Number five, do your pricing research before you ever buy. What are the most in demand colors? Do people want four wheel drive? Will they pay a premium for it? Let's say you buy one for 22 grand is you really really think conservatively you could sell it for 25 grand. Even if they talk you down a thousand dollars, you're gonna make $2,000 in net profit. Get your Tacoma, park it out in your front yard with a big for sale sign. Take advantage of that free drive by traffic. Repeat over and over and over. Five cars a month equals one to two cars a week. Equals $10,000 a month in net profit just by going to the auction every now and then. Full business plan here.
