This is your daily reminder that this one retail store in Dallas, Texas, does over $2 billion of annual sales. It's called Nebraska Furniture Mart. Here are some mind numbing stats for you. 560,000 square feet of retail space, 1.3 million square feet of warehouse space. Warren Buffett bought a majority stake in this country company in 1993 on a handshake deal. Their motto is sell cheap and tell the truth. It sits on over a hundred acres. Buffett thought that this location would do over a billion in sales and doubled that. Over 200,000 people live within five miles. It's called Grandscape. And it does over 25 million a year at that one location. One restaurant, 25 million.
