A short YouTube discussion (Chris Koerner and another speaker) highlighting a scarcity of private airplane hangar space in Texas. They report airports’ hangar waiting lists of roughly 20–50 people and suggest buying or building hangars (listings can be found on LoopNet and Zillow); the speakers raise the question of regulatory constraints.

Hey, you want a hot tip?
I got one for you. In the state of Texas, there is.
Almost no hangar space.
Available for private planes right now. Everyone has a waiting list that's 20 to 50 people deep. So what should you do?
Go buy one. You can buy these things on LoopNet. You can even find them on Zillow. Build one. Is there regulation?
Yes, but not as much as you'd think. This is an amazing opportunity, especially when the economy is cranking. Follow me for more business ideas like this.
