I have started 72 companies in my short 37 years, and this is day one of 72 of telling you exactly what I started and how you could start them, too. Number one was called Landlord Data. It was very simple. We just scraped a list of every single landlord in the United States. First name, last name, property address, cell phone and phone number. And then we scraped a list of every single mortgage broker in the United States. And we sold one list of leads to the other list of leads. And this is still viable today.
