A teenager made $225,000 in nine months building no-code apps with zero coding experience. They hit $8,000 in week one, then $40,000 months, and aim for $1 million before turning 20. A high school friend sold a similar app to MyFitnessPal.
$225,000 in like 9 months of building vibe coding apps without any coding experience. Yeah.
Oh my gosh.
Quarter million dollars.
My goal is to hit a million in revenue before, uh, 20. Before age 20. Yeah. And when do you turn 20? Turn 20 next April. We did like $8K in the first week and I was like, holy, this is insane. I have a full business from software and I don't know anything about coding. Yeah. My dream was $10K a month at the time. I didn't think it was going to go anywhere. I just did it because I wanted to see if it was possible. I also have a friend, Zach, from Cal AI. Oh, that's your friend? Yeah, he went to my We went to the same high school. No way. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, he just sold it, right? Yeah, he just sold it to MyFitnessPal. So I saw him and I was like, this guy's clearly onto something. Yeah, a big inspiration. 100%. And from there, that's when I was like, okay, I'm just going to go like all in. Yeah. These two latest apps were able to scale both to $10K in 45 days. What did you do in December again? So December we did $30K and then January we did $40K.
So we've talked a very specific playbook here, but if someone wanted to go out and start their own app like you've done, what advice would you give them?
