Short transcript of a YouTube video titled 'THE FUTURE IS HERE' featuring Chris Koerner and another speaker demonstrating Tesla's Smart Summon feature by remotely summoning a Tesla from about 162 ft away. The speakers discuss past unreliability of the feature and express surprise as the car approaches and waits for them.
See that Tesla out there? That's mine.
And it has what's called ass. Actually, Smart Summit. Summit is a feature where you can press a button on your phone and your Tesla will come to you so you don't have to get wet. I tried it in the past. When I first got my Tesla. It never worked. It was just completely buggy. But now it's actually smart. So let's see if it works, shall we?
All right, 162ft away. I might actually screw this up. So I think I'm right here. Let's see. Okay, you can't see it because I'm recording my scre. But you. This is crazy. I wish you could see this. I mean, you can see the screen on the Tesla, so you know I'm not faking this. Here it comes. I have not moved an inch. You're gonna have to trust.
Me on this one.
A little further, buddy. Boom. All right, switch cameras. Guess it. There it is. Waiting for me. No one inside.
