So I'm not going to profess to speak Spanish, but I did take 4 years in high school and I was the treasurer of the Spanish Honor Society at Astronaut High School, so shout out. But no, I don't speak Spanish, but I know it well enough to know that that kind of sounds like a bad accent. That does not sound like I'm from Mexico or Spain or that I'm a native speaker at all. They don't have the time to do it, they don't think it's worth it because they're probably not going to sell that many, they don't have the budget to pay a professional voice actor to do it. So it's like, boom, $500, I'll do it for you in your voice, and you don't have to spend time in a studio or give thousands $100 to a studio. He started a six-figure business out of prison with no experience, just a truck doing that. There's no reason you can't do the same thing for them. They are begging for people to come teach their realtors— these broker offices— to come teach their realtors on anything, anything new and exciting. Bring in some Subway, bring in some Jason's Deli, whatever. Teach them how to do this for themselves for free. Most of them are going to be shocked, and most of them aren't going to want to do it themselves even though they know how to do it. They're going to say, can you just do this for me? Give away the secrets, sell the implementation. Leave a one-page flyer, QR code, pricing, URL, et cetera. Days 3 to 7, I would follow up with every single office or every single friend that you went to lunch with. Follow up, follow up, follow up. That's where the magic is. Weeks 2 to 4, I would land my first 3 clients or 5. I would deliver it super fast. I would overdeliver. I would deliver faster than I promised. I would get testimonials, 5-star reviews, Google Business Profile. I would list everywhere. And then month 2, why not expand to audiobooks or insurance agencies or immigration attorneys?
