Watch Me Clone a $200K/Month Business in 5 Minutes

Chris Koerner shows how to reverse-engineer profitable SaaS businesses listed on the GoHighLevel awards page, where subscription fees and a $497 platform cost can generate $30K to $1M monthly. He walks through five real examples (Event Hawk, PushPress, Dental Implant Machine) using Wayback Machine, Meta Ads Library, and BuiltWith, then builds a live roofer workflow inside GoHighLevel.

All right, so this is a little weird. There's an awards page on the internet. This is public, and it's basically a leaderboard of hundreds of businesses that are all selling the exact same piece of software. Same software, different logo, different name, different website, different price. But some of these companies, based on math anyone in the world can do on the back of a napkin, are pulling in $50,000, $100,000, $150,000 a month of profit, and almost nobody knows this page exists. Now, full disclosure, I've gone down this same rabbit hole twice before, and both times, People watching went and actually built these things. I still get DMs about it. And no, you don't need to even watch those videos. Those are kind of outdated. Everything I'm about to show you lives on one public page, and today I'm going to slice and dice it in a way that I never have. I'm only going to look at the businesses selling software to local service companies— bounce house guys, med spas, pest control, dentists, roofers— because when I dig into who builds something durable off of this business model, it's going to be the people serving the boring local businesses every single time. So today we're covering 5 businesses. And the 5th one, I'm not just going to show you at the end of this video. I'm going to open the software and build the starter version of it live on screen, mistakes and all, because I test everything except drugs. So let's go. Okay, if you want to go to this website, you'll see this page. This is HighLevel's SaaSpreneur Awards page. So HighLevel is a software company out of Dallas where I'm from. They make an all-in-one piece of software that does marketing, booking, phone system, AI, everything. And the part is that anyone and their mom can white label it. White label means to take someone else's entire software that costs millions of dollars to develop, slap your name and logo on it, and resell it as your own software. And your customers will never even know that some company called HighLevel exists. It's kind of like when you go to Walmart and you buy Great Value spaghetti noodles. Those are made in the same factory as the Bertolli spaghetti noodles, but they're white labeled by Walmart Great Value. So HighLevel, every year they have an award ceremony and they recognize people white labeling their software at scale. They have 3 tiers, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and these levels are based on customer count, which is public. That's the cheat code. If you're Gold, it means that you've crossed 100 paying subscription customers. Okay, what do they charge? Go to that business's website. For example, let's say I have a CRM, a customer relationship management software for dog walkers. Okay, chrisesdogwalkers.com. Anyone in the world can go there and see you charge $39 a month. Of course, that's way too cheap, but stick with me here. And then I go to the SaaSpreneur Awards page and see, wow, Chris's Dog Walkers has over 1,000 customers, or let's say over 100 because they're a gold award winner, okay? And let's just be conservative. It could be 900. Let's say it's only 101. That means that Chris's Dog Walking is making at least $3,900 a month in revenue. And we'll get to the profit part later 'cause that's not hard either, okay? So that's gold. Platinum is 500. At least 500 customers. So you can see these are all the gold tier award winners. They have over 100 paying customers. That's a lot. Here are all the platinum award winners. They have over 500 paying customers. That's a lot as well. And then diamond, you guessed it, over 1,000 paying customers. And it's actually quite interesting because there's just about as many platinum as there are diamond tier, because once you hit escape velocity in any business, not just this, it's pretty easy to grow. Right, and we're gonna cover that as well. So back of the napkin math, to run this model at scale, like once you have a bunch of customers, your total software cost per month, it's right there, $497, cancel anytime. If you got 10 customers, $497, 10,000 customers, $497, cool. And their rules are that you have to resell their software for at least $97 a month per customer. So my dog walking example isn't even applicable here, but very few people charge the minimum. Most of these companies are charging between $200 and $500 a month, sometimes over $1,000 a month. 1,000 times 1,000 is $1 million a month, which might be the case of one of these Diamond Award winners. Okay, so let's say you've got someone with 101 customers, they're a Gold customer, and let's say they charge $297 a month. Okay, they're making $30,000 a month in revenue. Oh, well, what's their overhead? Well, $497. So they're making $29,499 a month in profit. Of course, internet charges, phone charges, maybe you have an employee or 5, Right? There are other costs that might come out. But at a base level, something like this happens all the time. You can see it. You can go to LinkedIn, see their job postings, how many employees do they have? It's all public. That's the beauty of the internet. So I'll let you sit with that profit margin for a second because we're looking at like 98% with no employees or 50+% with employees. Now go to the extreme case, a Diamond Award winner. They probably have more than 1,000, right? What are the chances they have 1,001? Let's say they have 1,500, 1,500 customers. And let's say they charge bare minimum, right? They're able to scale fast because they're cheaper. $97 a month, $145,000 a month. Of course, at 1,500 customers, you're going to have some employees, probably remote employees overseas making $5 to $8 an hour. Not a ton. You've got some AI agents involved. Like your margins are still really, really good. So you get the point. I'm not making a random claim. These are like public awards page numbers here. And there are over 2 million businesses on GoHighLevel. So this is a very big boring, unsexy iceberg, and we've only ever been shown the tip. Okay, business number 1, and I'm starting with my favorite because it kind of broke my brain a little bit: event rentals. I'm going to go deep on this one because you're going to love it. And no, we're not starting an event rental business. This is software for event rental businesses. We're talking bounce houses, tables and chairs, photo booths, tents— you get the idea. So these guys do something very simple. They help event rental companies find more customers. Okay. And any business that helps other businesses make more money is a really good idea. Okay. Now I wanted to start with a Platinum Award winner because it's more realistic than Diamond. The business is called Event Hawk. They have no idea who I am. We know factually they have over 500 customers. And remember, these numbers were calculated a year ago near the end of 2025. So they probably have a lot more customers than that now. Here's the website. More bookings for your party rental business. First thing we're going to do here is go to their pricing. Now what's interesting about this website, if you're thinking, oh, that's ugly, I don't like the cut, like it's not about pretty or ugly, it's about conversion optimization, what works, and HighLevel knows what works. So you can plug and play any of their templates, hundreds of templates, and choose the one that seems to convert best for you. And if you don't like it, then a couple clicks, you can swap out the entire website design format, et cetera. Okay, $297 a month, $597 a month, $1,000 a month. Now with any pricing tier like this, 3 options, there's gonna be like a distribution curve. Most people are going to be on the cheapest and then call it, you know, 10 to 15% of people will be on the middle tier and 5 to 10% will be on the most expensive tier. So I would say the average customer of theirs is paying about $400 a month just to be conservative, not far away from their cheapest plan. Okay, it's kind of wild. Let's say they only have 500. They haven't grown at all since HighLevel calculated that they had 500 customers. They have 500 customers. Paying $400 a month, $200,000 a month in revenue reselling software that costs them $497 a month. Okay, but anyone can do that math. That's not why you're here. We're going to figure out how they do what they do, how we can copy them, et cetera. We're going to do my whole reverse engineering toolkit on this one company. 5 tools, all of them are free or basically free. This is legal corporate espionage. Okay, tool number 1, what we just did. Find the pricing page, multiply it by the customer count. Cool. Tool number 2, the Wayback Machine, baby. Right here, myadacademy.com. Website's been around for 5 years. We're in 2026 right now. I want to see what it looked like when they first launched. Party rental growth and marketing strategies. So they've been doing the same thing for basically the whole time. Now this doesn't look like a GoHighLevel website, which tells me they use something else and then switch to GoHighLevel after a period of time. Okay, let's see what they looked like about a year ago. A little better. The formatting is not quite right just because of how the Wayback Machine works. It doesn't mean that their actual website looked like that. And then we'll look at one more kind of in-between time period just to get a better feel for it. Okay, hundreds of customers listed on their website. That's not the smartest thing in the world, but here we are. So that was their website then. And remember, here is their website now. Much better, much improved. You've got a YouTube video on the homepage. It looks nice. It looks great. A lot of social proof. Their old website showed that they did all kinds of marketing things, and now it's just like, we make event rental businesses more money. Started generic, found the niche that kept saying yes, and then narrowed down. The Wayback Machine shows you their entire learning curve for free, so you can save 5 years if you don't want to figure out the hard way what niche to narrow down on. Tool number 3, the Meta Ads Library. My favorite. Remember, Meta equals Facebook and Instagram, and the big dirty secret about most profitable businesses in the world is they're just finding customers through Facebook and Instagram ads. That's it. Mostly vertical videos, mostly 15 to 45 seconds long, a lot of testing, and they just figure out how to turn $1 into $3 or $5 or $30 or $100. Believe it or not, it is possible. So we'll go here, we're gonna go United States, all ads, type in Event Hawk, and what do you know? 6,100 people follow it. Do they have any live ads? They do. Of course they do. 26 live ads, which is medium. Right? A lot of people just have one to three, which I don't recommend. Some people have hundreds. Big, big companies or insanely profitable companies that no one's ever heard of have thousands of live ads that cost money each every single day. Thousands. Okay, so we got some videos. We have some ugly pictures. We have some text only. Need inflatables? Yada yada yada. So if you were to think, well, Facebook ads wouldn't work for me because how many event rental business owners are there? How am I going to show Facebook ads just to event rental businesses? Yeah, you will, and you'll be fine. Okay, so. Let's say you want to copy these guys exactly. Well, I don't want to copy them because it's already been done. Dude, the fact that it's already been done is why you should copy them. They are the— they're on the front lines of this war called business. The people on the front lines take the arrows, take the bullets. You want to be behind them kind of seeing, all right, I need to go around that ridge because I don't want to get shot like that guy. That's the name of the game here. Oh, and let's go look at 2024 award winners. For SaaSpreneur. Oh, and it goes without saying, I would love it if you use my affiliate link if you're gonna try GoHighLevel. You don't have to white label an agency or a business like we're talking about today. If you're just a business owner and you need to keep track of your customers or have a website for a really low price, you can also use GoHighLevel for that. So my link is at the top of the description below. You don't pay any more for using it. You can get 14 or 30 days off using my link. I think 30 days free, risk-free. If you like my content, if you like this channel, it would go a really long way just if you used my link to do what you're gonna do anyway. It costs you nothing. Let's do a control find for the word event. 3 of them. Event Hawk won in 2024 as well. 3 of these businesses have the word event in their name, but surely more of them do the same thing as Event Hawk. They just don't have the word event in their name. This is proven. Well, how big is this industry anyway? I don't know. 9,800 event rental businesses just in the United States. I bet that's low because a lot of them like are poorly optimized. They don't have a Google Business Profile page. Let's just say there's 10,000. Event Hawk has 5% of them and they're making $200,000 a month. And if you're making them more money, if you're making your customers more money by finding them more customers, why wouldn't they say yes? That's called a no-brainer offer. You're not selling accounting services to them that, yeah, get them more organized, but takes money from them. You're saying, hey, pay me $3 or pay me $300 and you will make $3,000 more a month. Like, yes. Oh, if it doesn't work, you don't pay. No-brainer offer. So what do their ads look like? Ugly, AI-generated, text only, black background. A few videos, but not many. Like, you guys can do this. Screenshot this whole thing, drag it over to Claude, Grok, ChatGPT, and say, make me 35 ads just like these, but insert my business name here. Done. You don't know how to run Facebook ads? I already posted a whole tutorial linked below. Facebook ads for noobs. I share my screen, show you exactly how to do it. And here's the big secret about the Meta ads library. How long have they been running? How long have the ads been running? Because if an ad starts running and it doesn't perform, AKA it doesn't create more money than you spend on it, then you turn it off. It's no longer active. Look at these. Started running on November 24th, 2025. 10 months ago. 12 months ago. Let's find the oldest. Okay, I did a Ctrl+5 for 2025. 6 of 26 are from last year and the other ones are months old. That is a very, very good sign because it tells you what's working for them after a bunch of trial and error and wasting a lot of money to Meta. We don't care about their inactive ads. We wanna see what are they paying for today. They're paying thousands of dollars a day on ads. Let's say it's $3,000. That's $100,000. a month. And why wouldn't they? They would because it works. Oh, and if you still don't want to do, you know, event rental marketing, that's fine. Pick any other industry. There are thousands of industries. You know what? Let's do it right now. This is my Claude page. Here's my prompt. My friend makes $200K a month white labeling GoHighLevel to event rental businesses to do their marketing. He finds all customers from Facebook ads. Give me 10 industries that are similar to event rentals from a first principles perspective. That's the key. That I could pick to have the same success as him. Something like dental, give it examples, is too far of a reach. Something like guys that rent out skid steers, AKA Bobcats, heavy equipment, might be more accurate. Dumpster rentals, porta-potty rentals, skid steer and mini excavator rentals. Where'd you get that one from? Storage container rentals, restroom trailer, party bus and limo, photo booth rentals, temporary fence rentals, trailer rent. Like, there are so many industries, guys. Just do that. Pick one of those. Doesn't work after a couple months, pick a different one. Don't overcomplicate it. Okay, tool number 4, builtwith.com. You know what's funny? Sorry, ADHD is flaring up right now, but remember, it's an event rental marketing business and their name, probably their LLC name and certainly their domain name is myadacademy.com. Why? Because in the beginning, 5 years ago when they launched this, they're like, we should start a business that helps other businesses find more customers. We do ads for them. It's an ad agency, right? So they named it Broad, and then they started with event rentals, and it worked. Like they never had to go broad because presumably they're making so much money; they're staying plenty busy doing event rentals that they still have a broad name. But what they do isn't broad, and that is a signal that tells you that there's still a lot of legs left in the event rental marketing business. Oh well, how do I actually do marketing for event rental business? It's it's all in Go High Level. I have a playlist linked below with eleven plus other videos about exactly how to like push. These marketing tools together inside GoHighLevel. It's all there for free on the internet. You have no excuses. Your only competition are your excuses. So what does builtwith.com do? Tells you what any website runs on, what any website is built with. Okay, what does My Anna Academy use? HubSpot, cool. Hotjar, that gives you like a heat map of where people are clicking on the website. HighLevel, of course, we already knew that one. Facebook Pixel, of course, they need that for their Facebook ads. We already knew that one. Google Conversion Tracking, of course, which means they're probably running Google Ads as well. There's something to learn from that. Google Analytics, of course. Microsoft. Like guys, there's nothing special here. And if it was special, we'd know what it was and we could use it as well. Elementor, which is like a WordPress theme. Remember, just because you use HighLevel doesn't mean you can't use WordPress or other tools as well. Google Tag Manager helps them with SEO and keeping track of stuff. Yoast, another WordPress plugin. WooCommerce. PayPal. The vast majority of these are not needed. They probably installed them years ago and haven't touched them since. Namecheap is where they bought the domain name. Okay. That's it. How do they build it? Just like this. And they built it before AI was even a thing. So it's even easier for you now. You see their website, the finished product, and you think, man, these guys must have raised tens of millions of dollars and Heidi hired a bunch of engineers. No, they built it with these tools, white labeling the same tool that everyone else on this, you know, awards page is using. Tool number 5, LinkedIn. Of course, you know LinkedIn. We're gonna type in Event Hawk, same purple logo, 8,000 followers, 11 to 50 employees. Now that's a self-selected. That could mean anything. Could be 5,000, could be zero, right? If I have few employees, I'm wanting to throw my competitors off the scent and I'm going to put more than I actually have. Or if I want to impress people, I'm going to put more than I actually have. Let's go to people. Okay. She owns an event rental business called Toad's Jump, digital marketer. 28 people are associated with this business. Could be vendors, customers, or employees. Total employee count. It says 26 right here. Boom. There it is. 26 employees. Okay. I can tell you right now, looking at their names, most of these are virtual assistants making between $4 and $12 an hour. How do I know? Because I've been hiring virtual assistants for 15 years. Highly recommend it. I mean, for sure, mostly from the Philippines, a few Americans here. So let's just say 26 employees, most part-time, a few are full-time. Let's say they're making on average $2,000 a month. So $50,000 a month in payroll. 25% of your overhead. That's going to be most of your overhead. They don't need an office. It's clearly fully remote. Their software is $500 a month. So their net profit margins, what the owner can pay himself after paying for their employees and their ads, which we don't know, each of those ads could be a $5 a day budget. It could be $5,000. We can't figure that out, unfortunately. But their net profit margins are anywhere from 0 to 70%, call it. I would Yes, it's probably somewhere like 35 to 40%, which means the owner could take home if he wants to $50,000 to $100,000 a month. Now they have over 500 customers, but under 1,000, could be 900. If the average customer pays $400 a month and they have 900 customers, then it's almost twice what we calculated, $360,000 a year, but their overhead would be the same, $50,000 a month on that $360,000. Okay, businesses 2 to 4. Before I build out the actual roofing business, these are gonna be rapid fire 'cause I just showed you a bunch of tools. We're gonna highlight one of these tools and figure out what their revenue is and just move real fast. Okay, business number 2. This is booking and follow-up software for med spas. Med spas are exploding right now. Look at the Google Trends chart. Okay, these guys charge real money and they live and die on filled appointment slots. Right here, 2025 Gold Tier Award winner, Aesthetics. Sorry guys, I hope you're not watching this, but if you are, that is the worst name ever. Who in their right mind can spell that? So the fact that they're a Gold Tier Award winner and they have that name with that spelling, That's saying something in and of itself. If I Google their name, look at that sponsored results. They're paying for Google Ads. We don't need the Meta Ads library to learn that. Anyone in the world can learn that. We're not going to click on that link because we don't want to charge them money. We'll click on the organic link. Very clean. Capture and convert more leads to patients. You see a pattern here? I make event rental businesses more money. I make med spas more money. It works. Got to look at their pricing. $300 to $500 a month or custom pricing for multi-location. You already know we got to look at the Meta Ads Library. Okay. Aesthetics audio, aesthetics nutrition, aesthetics. I don't know if these guys have a Facebook ad running. So one way you can do this is just by Googling aesthetics CRM and Facebook because they're the name of their Facebook business or their Facebook page might be different than what appears on their website. Okay, here's their Facebook page. This is what would appear in the Meta Ads library. Looks like they're not doing a lot here. They haven't posted in over a year. I'm just kind of, kind of look at their logo. Okay, blue and white. Then you go back to the ad library and I don't see it. So this means one of two things. The pessimist would say they're not running Facebook ads because it doesn't work for them. The optimist would say they're doing so well with Google Ads that they don't have time. They don't need— it's not on their radar to do Meta Ads. One of those is true and you won't know until you test. So in this case, I would take a different strategy than EventHawk and I would start with Google Ads. Very simple to use, easier than Meta Ads. You can use third-party tools like this, this, or this that can help you reverse engineer what their Google Ads strategy is. What are their negative keywords? What are their keywords? What areas are they targeting? You get the idea. So aesthetics, they have between 100 and 500 customers. Let's say 200. $400 a month. That's $80,000 a month reselling software. Now, third one, let's do gyms. Why? Because there are over 100,000 gyms in the United States, about 112,000 to be exact that we have on record, probably more worldwide. There are millions of gyms. You know what these guys need? They need more people in their gyms. They need more customers. Of course they do. Alex Bromozi, that's how he got his start selling stuff to gym owners. So let's try it ourselves. Let's not do gold. Let's not even do platinum. Let's do diamond tier. We're going big here. We're going diamond tier, over $1,000 a month. Push Press Grow. Okay, this is a company selling gym equipment. What do they do? Unlock the power of your fitness business, automate, stream, grow your fitness business. So this one isn't as targeted as the first 2 where it's just like make more money for your business, but it's just like an all-in-one software for gyms. Okay, all-in-one right there. Let's go to the pricing page. All right, free, but they charge more in processing and that can be very profitable because they're probably paying about 2.8% and they're charging 5%. So they make a markup there. Here, they probably don't make much on their markup, but they make the flat fee of $159 and then $229 here. Okay. So let's say from the processing fee markup, they're making, let's be conservative, $50 a month for all their free tier customers. Because it says free, it's not really free. Okay. Look at that. If they can afford charging 2.75%, which surely they're not losing money on, let's say conservatively breakeven is 2.75%, then right here they're making 2.25% for every card swipe that goes through that gym. So 50, 160, 220. Let's be conservative and say the average customer pays them $100 a month. They have over 1,000 customers, therefore they're making over $100,000 a month. So this is interesting. More customers than the previous 2 or 3 that we've looked at, but lower ticket. That's fine because you know what? It's much easier to just resell like a CRM, customer relationship management software, than it is to build the flows and everything necessary to actually help businesses find more customers. So a little less work, therefore they charge a little less, therefore they have more customers. Many ways to skin the cat. Are they running Facebook ads? Boy, are they. Twice as many as EventHawk. PushPress Gym Software. They want everyone to know exactly what they do in their name. 49 results, all active. We'll do a control find 2025. None. All 2026. We got any January? Nope. We're gonna sort these by most recent, as in the ad they started running most recently. So we can't learn a ton from these cuz these only started running a day ago, 14 hours ago. So they don't even know if it's a good ad yet. We wanna scroll to the very bottom. This started running 2 months ago and it's still going. They're probably putting a majority of their ad spend into these old ads. And so if we're gonna make video ads in this case for the same type of software, we wanna copy these ones down here and you can even sort by most impressions. Okay, which makes sense. The ones with the most impressions are the ones that have been running the longest. But where's the outlier? Oh, I don't want to dig through that. No big deal. Screenshot, drag over to Claude, ChatGPT, whatever, and say, where's the outlier? Where's the one that's near the top, as in has the most impressions, but it isn't very old, maybe August or July? That's the one that people are really pouring money into. I think this is a new feature. I've never seen this before. I'm kind of shocked that this exists because that's quite easy. This kind of tells you what they're spending on a specific ad compared to the rest of their ads. More impressions, shorter period of time, more money equals higher converting equals you should copy that ad first. So in this case, it's going to be this one right here. It is the 7th most viewed ad, but it was only posted a week ago. You want to take this step further, you go to the UK version of the Meta Ads Library and they are required if you're running ads in the UK, the Facebook is required to show the world who You are targeting with those ads. There you go. It's worth the price of admission on this video alone. Okay, one more before I build a site for you live. Now, next, we got to do dental. You already know we got to do dental. Why? Because dentists and orthodontists are notorious for paying thousands or tens of thousands of dollars a month for agencies to solve all their problems for them. I don't know what it is. I don't know why, but it just— it's a law of the universe. Just for funsies, we're going to go to this award page. We're going to find for the word dental. There are at least 9 businesses on this page alone selling stuff to dentists. At least 9. All right, we're going to pick one, a gold award winner called Dental Implant Machine. I'm assuming they help dentists find new implant revenue. Okay, add $1 million plus in new full arch revenue. Don't know what that means, but it's a, it's a big number. So what dentist is going to say no to that? These are the guys I want to copy, right? What is the pricing? Best sign in the world. Book your free strategy call. In other words, we're very expensive. We're so expensive, we're embarrassed to post our pricing on our website. Well, how do I find out their pricing then? Well, first of all, they have 750+ customers. Okay. Second of all, there's this thing called Google. Have you heard of that one? Of course you have. A joke. A joke. Dental implant machine agency pricing. Okay. $2,500 to $5,000 per month. And why wouldn't there? Because a single tooth dental implant costs between $3,000 and $6,000. All-on-4 range from $15,000 to $36,000 per arch. There's that word again, arch. Only arch I know about is McDonald's. So yeah, $1 million in revenue added to a dentist, you adds up pretty fast if you're finding $20,000 to $30,000 customers. So dentists can afford to pay $2,500 to $5,000 plus per month for that service. They get one new customer a month, it more than pays for itself. But are they running Facebook ads, you may ask? Of course they are. 17, which is quite a few for dentists. Low impression count, that's okay. We just need dentists to see them. We're going to sort by impressions high to low. All right. So this one only started running 2 weeks ago and it is the second highest viewed, second only to one that was started running like 5 months ago. So this is the ad. Right here, and there's no low impression count on this one that you want to copy. Let's watch it real quick. Your full arch marketing generating leads but not booked and qualified consults. Most practices don't have a lead problem. Okay. 1-minute-long ad. That's very long. This is amazing. Now, this dental company, 500 customers a month minimum, let's say $2,000 a month minimum. That's $1 million a month. Oh, there's no way you make $1 million a month selling, you know, Dental agency services to dentists. Are you kidding me? What kind of a law of scarcity world do you live in? There are 202,000 dentists in the United States alone. Remember, the United States is 4% of the world's population. You don't think that you could convince 500 of those 200,000 dentists to pay you so they can make more money? To convince them to say, hey, give me a dollar and I'll give you 5 back. You don't think you can do that with Facebook ads? Then I can't help you because you can. Okay. And last but certainly not least, this is one I'm going to build for you because, guys, it's not enough for me to just show you how to reverse engineer without showing you how to actually build what you're supposed to be selling. That would be disingenuous because I actually use HighLevel on a daily basis across multiple businesses. My team uses it. I'm not just talking here. Okay. Roofers. I saved this one for last because it is the easiest one to start out of all these and we're going to do it together. Now, what are we going to be building in this live demo? Missed call text back. This is as if I'm starting a business that sells missed call text back services to roofing companies. I can obviously do other things for a roofing customer once I get my foot in the door. I can help them find more customers. I can do ads, website, whatever. But all of them need missed call text back. You're up on a roof, you're quoting a job, you're talking to a customer, your phone rings. Most roofing businesses just have their personal cell phone number as the number. You can't answer it. You're talking to a customer. That lead, which could be a $30,000 job, is gone. So you need to be able to text them right away as soon as you miss a call. Sorry, I'm with a customer right now. What can I help you with? That's almost as good as actually answering the phone when you're unable to actually answer the phone. I call this a wedge product. You wedge yourself into this business, earn their trust, show them that you know how to implement these cool tools and sell them all kinds of other stuff. And you can demo this to a roofer from your phone in like 90 seconds. And here's exactly how to build it and how to demo it. Okay, here's exactly how you do it. I went to app.gohighlevel.com. I logged in. This is my agency view. Okay. And there's a difference between agency view and sub-account view. If you own an event rental business and you are my customer, I have a GoHighLevel agency that like we've been talking about, then you are going to have a sub-account view. But me as the owner of the event rental marketing business, for example, I'm going to have an agency view. So this is my agency view. I'm going to click on sub-accounts. And then create subaccount. Then we're going to start searching for roofing right here. And we're going to pick this one, home services roofing. Cool. Now we're going to pick a roofing business as if they're our customer. So I'm just going to search roofing and I'm going to randomly pick one, Neighborhood Roofing Solutions. Let's say I just acquired this guy as my customer. Then we're going to click down here. What we're doing right now is basically saying, hey, goHighLevel, I own an agency that helps roofers find more customers. I just acquired a new roofing customer. GoHighLevel already has a database of all the roofers. I searched the database, which is what I just showed you. I picked the one that I just acquired as a customer. Now I'm going to build them a website, right? Or to build them a better website because they probably already have one. Okay, so we're going to fill out all this info here. If it differs from what they already have listed on the internet, I'm just going to put John Doe. Okay, john@gmail.com. This is just for example purposes. Business phone, that's actually his phone. I'm going to change it by a digit so we don't mess anything up. Address, time zone, cool, pick whatever. And this is my client's account. Cool. Add subaccount. Now this is officially in our system as one of our customers, in this case, a roofing business. Okay. Now that I've created the subaccount, I'm going to click up here at the top left, click here to switch. I'm going to search for them. Neighborhood Roofing Services. Then I'm going to go to settings. Remember, this is not the same settings that I just was looking at when I had my agency view. Now I'm looking at GoHighLevel as if I were my roofing customer, Neighborhood Roofing Services. Click on settings, go to phone system, phone numbers, and then add number. Add phone number used for SMS and calls. You're going to want to pick a number that is the same area code as the business owner's number or A similar area code, one that people in that area would recognize. Okay, I'm just gonna pick the first one 'cause it doesn't matter, but you can obviously search based on the area code or whatever. And I'm sorry to say, this is gonna cost you $1.15. Oops. But your customer's gonna pay you $100 or multiple hundreds per month just for this service. 'Cause remember, it's a $30,000 job that they might be missing out on. Proceed to buy. It has to verify my identity because there are government regulations around you know, texting and calling and all that. So we'll all do that, edit it out. So then we're simply going to take the business owner's number and have it forward to this new number. Forward calls to your cell, 20-second ring timeout, voicemail off. Okay, but we're not done yet. Now we go to Automation, Create Workflow, Select from Template, Missed Call Textback. We don't need to build this ourselves. We'll just use a template. Hmm, this one's been used 13,000 times. Versus 300 versus 1,400. We're going to go with this one. Boom. 3 seconds. Done. Enable autosave. Done. What happens? Call comes in. It's missed, busy, or voicemail. There's a slight delay so that the auto text doesn't feel like a bot. Okay. 0.2 hours assigned to a user. You don't have to do this. Tag it as someone that, you know, received a missed call text back, send an SMS. Like here's actually what you say in the text. Tell the business owner that they just sent a missed call text back, and then, you know, add a notification to GoHighLevel. So there's some redundancy there. Bam, boom, save. Then we click publish right there. Done. Now we go back here. We go to calendars. We go to calendars. We go to new. Okay. Remember these appointments are parts of the template that we chose at the beginning, at the first step here. Roof installation, roof inspection, roof replacement. Let's say it's going to be a roof inspection. Click share calendar. We're going to get that link, and then we go back here, back to automations, missed call text back, SMS. Here's what we send: Sorry, Mr. Call, how can we help? Would you like us to come out and inspect your roof? If so, please do that here. Boom! That will take them directly to a mobile-friendly calendar booking link. Save action. That is what they're going to get in their text. So while this business owner is on the roof inspecting or on the ground talking to a customer, he misses a call. That customer gets texted a dynamic calendar invite link that's synced with everything. And I just showed you how to do it right here in just a few minutes. And of course, we could get a lot more granular here. We could swap out their logo. We could build them a website with a few clicks using a roofing website template, whatever. Remember, if your voicemail is toggled to on, then the call will register as answered and this missed call text back will never fire. So. That's exactly how you do it, guys. Obviously, I am a GoHighLevel affiliate. I love GoHighLevel. I use them. If you use them through my link, I will make a little kickback and you won't have to pay any extra.
