Welcome everyone to Vienna and our Tomorrow University graduation events. This year, our bachelor's, master of science, and MBA learners are graduating.
Let's take a look.
This day in particular is a very exciting milestone, and for sure in your journey as students and graduates now, but also in our life as Tomorrow University, because at the end, currently you are the first generation of fully Tomorrow University graduates Thank you very much.
And the fact that you are here today is big, big proof that you have adapted, you have learned, you have given your all, and you should be very proud to have got to this stage.
Watching how you work together as a community and a cohort, how you support each other— some of you have delayed your studies so you can help out other people in your cohort. And you know, as your program director, I'm supposed to say like, come on, finish on time, But what am I going to say to that? That's exactly the kind of community spirit I want to see. That's inspiring. And that's ultimately what you've done throughout this program. You've inspired me. I've seen ideas at the beginning of this program be iterated. Some of you are in accelerators. Some of you are taking your products to market. And these are things we saw as just ideas kicked around in live sessions. And now you're breathing life into them. And to be able to work with people like you, you shouldn't be thanking us. We should be thanking you.
Thank you.
You grew as leaders, and right now that kind of leadership— compassionate, courageous, and impact-driven— is needed more than ever. You brought richness to this program that no curriculum ever could have done.
It has been a journey of constant adaptation and growth. One of the first things we did was we defined our personal mission statement. Mine became my compass. I would like to inspire others with my experience so that they rethink their action in order to grow sustainably together. What truly sets this university apart, it's its focus on community and challenge.
I absolutely love this community and I'm more than dedicated to stay with you. I'm dedicated to come to the next meetups, be in touch.
For me personally, courage showed up in rather small ways, I have to say. Signing up for a program that didn't even exist yet, but trusting the professors and the whole TUU team that it's going to turn out great, and it did, thanks. Showing up at meetups without knowing anyone, speaking up and stating my own opinion, also standing here today, while also always being a bit scared of what everyone thinks of me. But way more acts of courage I actually witnessed within my class and classmates. I talked to people who were willing to leave behind stable careers and familiar places to chase an impact-driven career. I saw peers become parents I saw people getting vulnerable about their personal journeys in class. Today, people lead workshops at community events or even start their own first startup. I gained the impression that courage became easier because of the space and the environment we were in.
The university has made this safe space for us to try, to learn, and fail within.
You have been repeatedly showing us that you are here for us.
repeating and engraving those core values into us, that be courageous, be curious, and take care of your community. And most of all, be the butterfly, keep spreading all the good things. And all of you, the community, you have made those core values true because you have been living them.
Thank you so much for creating a space where remote learning never meant lonely or it wasn't limited by geography. Thank you for creating this space to explore, to learn, and ultimately become who I am today, who we are today. Today, I step into a world that I'm ready to shape, not just with a degree, but with a global community, with a heart full of stories and a belief that none of us has a single story and none of us is defined by a single story. Congratulations, Class of 2025. We did this and we did this together.
Congratulations.
Continue to enjoy that journey. And yeah, I'm gonna say it, final quote. Mahatma Gandhi said it so nicely, live as if you were to die tomorrow and learn as if you were to live forever.
So there you have it. It's been amazing to see these learners transform and go out to start their own impact-driven careers and create sustainable transformation. If any of these seem like something you might be interested in, Then go ahead and join one of our programs, and we might see you at the next graduation. Take care.
