"Has there ever been a refunds?" vs. $8M Closer

Christian Polk refunded a client who was unhappy after a delayed response. He prioritizes delivering results that make clients money over keeping their fees, and won't argue if someone wants their money back.

I have a question. Yeah, what's up, man? Has anyone ever refunded? I gave one person a refund against their will. Could I call him just to talk to him? I mean, you definitely could try. I don't know how responsive he's going to be, but you want to know why? Sure. So he came into it. He told me he was super dedicated and we laid the ground rules, right? Like, I'm here for you every step of the way. But it's like sometimes, like, dude, I have a life. I have a wife. I have a child. What happened was like, I didn't get back to him in a few hours and he flip the fuck out because he did that, right? Like, it's kind of a boundary there. I just gave him his money back because it's like, hey, if you're not happy with the service, dude, like, I don't want to hold on to your money. Like, to be frank, I don't need it. I don't give a fuck about it. All I really care is providing a service that gets people good results and makes them a ton of money. Like, that's why I'm here. I'm here for you. So if you come in, you put in the work, you don't expect me to, you know, be up at 11:00 at night, like, replying to your messages. You're going to get the result. So what's actually coming up for you right now that makes you feel like you want to go ahead and contact them?
I just want to know what he— but that kind of explains —excited by your policy here.
