So if I was going to speedrun going from $0 to $30K per month in commissions as quick as possible, this is exactly what I would do. This is going to come from somebody who's made over $60,000 per month in pure commission, not selling sales training, by the way. And I've helped dozens of closers hit the $30K per month mark. Now I'm going to assume that I have no skill set and I have no social media and I'm just looking to speedrun this shit. The very first and foremost thing I would do is I need a baseline skill set. I need to be able to have a sales conversation. I'll just go to YouTube and I would binge content and at least getting some type of framework. I have an 8-hour free course here that you can check out. Comment course down below. I'll send it over over to you. Now, once I have a baseline understanding, what I'm gonna do is I need a sales job. It's good to talk about theory, but I need to talk to people. I need to make some fucking money. So I'm going to go on YouTube, find people's emails, cold email, LinkedIn, whatever it is, groups, recruitment, whatever it is. I'm going to, for at least 2 to 3 hours each and every day, at least find an offer. It doesn't matter. I just need to get on an offer. Then once I get on an offer, this at most, if you're actually putting work in, should take you a week, maybe 2 weeks. Once I am on an offer, then from there I'm going to focus on just getting as good as humanly possible taking sales calls. I am going to be obsessed from day to night. I'm either going to be taking sales calls, calling people, trying to sell them, no sales referrals, whatever it is. Review sales calls and become absolutely obsessed with sales. Now, the main goal when you are on an offer, at least a first offer, it's probably going to be a shit offer because you're not good at sales, you don't have a track record, is to just get good sales calls. All you need to get on a higher tier, better offer, is to be a proven commodity, which means you need good sales calls in order to do so. So once you get on the first offer, that is all you're focusing on. Get good enough to where you sound like you're not autistic on calls and you're actually closing people. Once you're At that point, you're going to use those sales calls, then leverage yourself to get on a better offer. I know a lot of sales gurus out there will tell you, oh, it's not the offer, it's just the skill set. It's both. You need both, right? You need to be able to have a good skill set and you need to be able to have a good offer. So once I have a good skill set, decent enough, I'm taking sales calls, I'm closing them, then I'm going to be looking for a better offer to where I can make more money. Now, what am I looking for? Number 1, I'm looking for an offer that helps people make more money. It's easier to sell an ROI offer versus non-ROI offer. Number 2, it has a unique spin. It's not commoditized. For example, if I'm selling real estate, it's a specific real estate niche that's It's going to really help. Number 3, it is super high ticket. At the very least, it needs to be a $20K package. Why? Because if you're selling more high ticket things, naturally people you're talking to are going to have more money, but you're going to make more money from selling it. So instead of you needing 50 deals to hit $30K per month, you only need 15 deals. Totally different math, much easier to do. And this is the exact reason why somebody who I'm training, KC, made over $30K in just a weekend because he is selling packages that are going from $35K to $85K. And this was the same thing that I helped Nathan do, who was stuck around $5K to $10K per month. A better offer. Now in his second month on that offer, he hit $30K per month. So if you follow these tips and you actually put in the work, you can make $30K per month as a closer a lot quicker than what you think.
