A prospect asks Christian Polk how his program differs from others he's seen. Polk says he can't compare to competitors but customizes everything to the client's situation. He pushes back: the real question is whether the prospect is willing to drop their ego and actually work together.
Sup, dude, can you hear me? Yeah. Tell me this. What's so different about your program? What do you mean? I've been on multiple calls already. This is the 4th or 5th call, all offering the same thing. So let's just get this over with.
Dude, I have no fucking clue how it would be different, right? I haven't done those programs, so I justβ I just know how mine works and how it's structured. And again, it's going to be a bit customized based off of you and really what you're looking for. Well, for the Hellman, I need to know a little bit more about your situation, like what's going on, and then we can create a custom roadmap for you, right? Because do you want something that's cookie cutter and just like everything else? The obvious answer is no. Well, it's not so obvious, right? You've already hopped on 4 or 5 calls already. You know, apparently that's what they're pitching you. So do youβ do you want something that's actually tailored to you and works?
Well, yeah, sure. I'd like you to tailor to my situation.
The only way I can do that is if you're open with me, actually understand your situation, and then I can create something around that. But in order for me to do that, man, we got to leave the ego at the door. Is that something you're willing to do?
That's fair enough.
Yeah. So help me understand, what's the biggest reason that caused you to book in today?
