Sales is just manipulation. Stop manipulating me. Stop. Let me show you why people who say sales is manipulation are just complete jive turkeys. Understand, people that say this, if we're going to be real about it, are just unemployment maxi. They do not understand the concept of nuance, and they're going to be looking at this video like this guy. The thing that we have to understand is manipulation on and of itself is not a good or a bad thing. It depends on what you do it for. 4, manipulation could be a good thing. If I get my daughter to eat her veggies, then this is a good thing. She's going to grow up big and strong. So if you are selling something that actually is going to help somebody, it is your moral obligation to manipulate the fuck out of them. So when somebody brings this up or says something along the lines of, oh, you're good at sales, this is how you're going to handle it. Hey, if you buy or don't buy, my life is going to stay exactly the same. I'm going to wear the same shoes. I'm going to drive the same car. Whose life actually changes if they get whatever they said they wanted? Get them to admit it is their life that would change. Again, you're not manipulating them to do something bad. You're doing something good for them. Once you get them to admit that it's their life, they'll make a change. All you're going to say is, exactly, I'm here for you, but I can only help if you're open. And then from there, you take the conversation where you need it to be. Follow for more sales tips on how to manipulate the fuck out of people.
