Hey there, it's Christina and this is one of my videos. Back in the kitchen from our grocery shopping and our grocery shopping adventures. We usually go to more than one store to get all the different things we're looking for at the right price. Kind of crazy, but we do it on a certain route and it consolidates time. When we're going, we're going that way. So we went to Whole Foods, we went to Costco and a couple other places. But I got these baby portobello mushrooms and one of the things that we use them for is in salad raw, we slice them and if not, then sometimes I will do, I'll saute them with spinach, sometimes we will put them with green beans and what else? Sometimes with marsala wine sauce and shallots and sometimes we make a mushroom sauce like that too for pasta. Like angel hair or linguine or fettuccine in a mushroom sauce. It's rich, flavorful. Don't get the regular white mushrooms, they just don't have a lot of flavor. The portabella mushrooms, for some reason they have a richer flavor, they're darker and very flavorful. If you like mushrooms to begin with and a whole bunch of other nutrients, you know, this is a whole food, a nutrient dense food, part of a plant based vegan diet. This particular package has of course it has this nutritional label but it also has a QR code. So if you have an iPhone with a QR code reader, if you don't, you can get one, just go to the itunes store and type in ScanLife. It's free. It's a QR code reader that you hover over the QR code like right there and it will resolve to a predetermined URL, predetermined website which is, you know, customizable by whoever makes the QR code. But usually it will tell you more about the product where you, you know, where you, where that QR code was found on that product packaging. So it'll tell you more about these, these mushrooms. Sometimes there's a video, sometimes it's just a static HTML text based page but sometimes there's a video and it'll tell you where they were grown and more about their nutrition and how they're harvested and just some additional information. It's 2015 and that's how we use our technology with QR codes and mobile apps. Alright, I'm going to put these in the refrigerator and move on to the next thing in my grocery bag. I'll see you on the next video. Bye. Stay healthy.
