FREE Hospitality Workplace Injury Risk Assessment in KAJABI

Christina Haftman demos a Kajabi-hosted "Hospitality Workplace Injury Risk Assessment" created for a client who provides workplace injury reduction programs for hotel departments internationally. The short assessment is intended as a lead-capture and problem-amplification tool that guides respondents to schedule a free consultation (via Calendly) so the consultant can review results and sell high-ticket, often invoiced programs. The walkthrough shows question types, the results page, scheduling flow, and notes that results are emailed to the consultant ("Barry") but not easily downloadable from Kajabi.

Hey there, it's Christina. I am doing this video screencast to show you a demo of an assessment that I just created in Kajabi. And this was for my client who does workplace injury reduction programs for hotels in the hospitality industry. He's been doing it for 20 or 30 years. He is an expert. And apparently there are a lot of, there's a lot of manual labor at a hotel inside and outside and they have a lot of injuries because of it and associated medical cost. And you know, if people are in pain, they are, you know, there's a lot of absenteeism, there's a lot of a decrease in productivity if you're not feeling well, kind of a decrease in morale that can affect guest experience. It's kind of like a cascade of problems that we really want to solve at the source. And this is what he's exceptional at. So he has created an online program for every department of hotels internationally. And this is the very beginning of lead capture of a survey, kind of like a survey funnel. And the assessment kind of is very short. I'm going to go through it with you in just a minute. And the purpose of that is for the person who's filling it out to kind of be reminded of the problem and amplify the problem and demonstrate and showcase that we understand the problem very, very well. As they will see as they step through the quiz, or not the quiz, but the assessment. And also they'll come to their own realization about being problem aware. And they probably already are problem aware but then they're just going to be, you know, it's going to aggravate or remind them of what's going on. So that's the purpose of it. So they kind of come to their own realization that they have vulnerabilities. And then after the assessment is complete, it goes to a page where they can schedule a free consultation and then that is where there'll be a phone call to go over their answers and unique situation and offer them some programs that we have online or offline and any customizations that they might need. So the reason for the phone call and not like to a landing page or sales page is these are really high ticket price programs. So it really requires a phone conversation and a relationship and account management and that kind of stuff for conversions. These programs are, you know, 3,000, 6,000, 12,000 and if they get, they're per department in the hotel and if they get the whole entire hotel it can be up to 24,000. So this is something that would require an invoice in their world and they probably are going to pay by check, not credit card. So there's some elements of this funnel that we can't automate, but we want to automate as much as we can. So we want to automate the lead gen. Okay, so here is the hospitality risk assessment and some instructions about how to fill it out. And then we click the blue button to start. And I'm just going to go through and answer these questions as if I have a really bad problem. So yes, I agree. And you just hit next until we get through all the questions. And here is what do you think are the contributing causes to the injuries? Prevention, Careless behavior, lack of job specific training equipment, poorly maintained. I'm going to say all of them. So this question here is a, you know they can select most of these questions are multiple choice. You can have question styles that are free text. You could ask people to upload a file or you know, there's all different kind of questions. Workers attitude, supervisor, Employment. This is the last question and then we hit submit. And here it says you have completed this assessment. Thank you for taking it. I'm not going to read it all. And here's where I invite you to schedule a free consultation with us to review your assessment and offer highly customized recommendations to solve your problems. And click the link below to schedule your appointment in my calendar. And this is the link will click. It's going to open up in a new window and it's integrated with Calendly, which is a calendar software in the cloud. Nice SAS program. And then we're going to select a day, say Tuesday, October 30th at 6:30pm Confirm that. And then I would put my name and email address and phone number actually the hotel would the hotel executive or director or owner, I'm not sure. And then I'm not going to do it. But schedule an event. He will get a notification, this will go on the calendar and then they'll have the call and an opportunity to convey the value that we offer the programs that we offer our experience, learn more about their unique situation and see if we can close the sale. So that's how that works. And again it opens up in a new window. So this one's still available. And this right here is the results breakdown. They have an opportunity to click that and then they can see how they answered their questions. Now currently in Kajabi, there's not a way to like download this. So if they wanted this they literally would have to, you know, print the page right here to get it. Not sure if they even know to do that, but if they want to save their results, but it does give them an opportunity to review how they answered them and then Barry will also get this, the results as well emailed to him upon completion of that assessment per our configuration. So that is how it works. And I thought it.
