Hey there. This is Christina with another video from my vegan kitchen. And today I am so excited because I went to the store and I hadn't planned on getting cherries. I was going to get cucumber and carrot and dill and ginger and a couple other things, cilantro and mint. And I wasn't even planning on getting cherries. But in the front of the store they had these cherries featured, I guess maybe for the fourth of July weekend. And they look so good. I mean, like, look how perfect they look. Oh, my gosh. And I just tasted, I just had a few and they're absolutely, absolutely delicious. So I put them in these heart shaped glass bowls that I have. And I've had these for a while. And usually I will use these with something red, like, like strawberries, but also cherries because they're like a deep, rich burgundy color. And definitely go with the heart theme. And I love hearts and I love, you know, being creative and doing things very lovingly, very lovingly prepare my meals, whether they're just for myself or catering for another person. I like to make things special. I like to make, like every day special. I don't, I like. I don't think it needs to be a holiday declared on the calendar by other people to, you know, to treat yourself special and to put stuff in fancy balls or fancy glasses, you know, cater every day, celebrate every day. Nobody's actually promised tomorrow. So, you know, if you don't do it now, when are you going to do it? And why can't you create a holiday and say, today is a day we're celebrating and doing things a little fancy, a little special? And whether it's yourself or you and your friends or special somebody, just make things special. Get creative and be different. Don't just put something in a bowl, put it in a heart shaped bowl. It just gives a different energy to it, I think. I think it does. So you are special. And whether you're eating alone or you have somebody, you know, just make things special because you'll get in the habit of doing it. And then when you have somebody with you, you know, it'll be on the forefront of your mind to do this for them too. And I don't know, I'm just very creative in the kitchen. I don't like to, you know, I like a lot of variety. I get bored with, you know, doing things the way everybody else does them. So don't ever expect anything typical from me. I do things like this, and I don't wait till Valentine's day. Like I don't pull these out just for February 14th or anything like that. Why not use them all the time? Because we always should be, I don't know, like making our meals gently and nurturing and lovingly prepare them, you know, infuse them with love and just, you know, I don't know. I love heart shapes. Like all my jewelry pendants are like hearts and I'm just very attuned to it. When I'm out in nature, I see heart. I seem to find the heart shaped leaves on trees and just be love, be love in the world. It just, it gives off, you know, it just gives out a different energy and people, you know, can feel it and they absolutely need it because not everybody is kind or compassionate or loving. Not everybody has a dog, you know, to give them that love either. So yeah, make things special, make things loving. You know, maybe if you can find some heart shaped bowls too. I always use fancy glasses and nice bowls and my friend, this is so funny, I have a social media friend on Twitter In California, Lashana. Lashanahealthnut.com she loves raw foods too. And you know, this one day I was on Twitter and I just was going through her, her photo stream and there, lo and behold, there were heart shaped bowls with various fruit and yogurt and nuts and parfaits and preparations and I'm like, girlfriend, oh my God, we have so much similarity. Like I'm on the east coast but I have those same bowls and I have no idea, you know, they were just like my bowls. And I'm like, okay, I totally resonate with her and I was just so, so like thrilled to see that because I don't know too many people that have these or that use them. So I know that she's got to have a loving heart, a very sweet disposition and yeah. So I don't know, maybe I'll tag Lashana in this video because maybe she'd like to see this. So if you're watching Lashana, hey, this is for you. I've got cherries in my heart shaped bowls and I'm didn't do a parfait. But you know, I'll leave that to you because she's. Oh my gosh, she's so creative with food too. I mean, totally artistic presentation. And between her and myself and Matthew Kenney, oh my gosh, we're going to make raw food so sexy, so seductive, so irresistibly tempting that you're going to give up your meat and cheese and dairy and eggs and fish and all this other processed fast food and try this way of life. Alright, I'm going to end this video and eat my cherries. And remember, life's a bowl of cherries. And sometimes it's a heart shaped bowl of cherries. Alright, I'll see you on my next video. Take care.
