Internet Marketing and Running Profitable Facebook Ads

This short video by Christina Haftman demonstrates a practical Facebook advertising funnel: target audience selection, creating ad sets and a video ad with message-to-market-matched creative and CTA, sending traffic to a single-action lead capture page, and optimizing the thank-you page. She emphasizes embedding the Facebook pixel to record conversions and improve targeting, building an autoresponder (AWeber or ClickFunnels) with double opt-in, and designing an ascension path to monetize and retain leads. The talk includes practical budget/testing advice and cites Russell Brunson and Nicholas Kuzmich as influences.

Hey there, it's Christina. I'm at WeWork in Tysons Corner today. Monday afternoon, just had a great meeting, starting a new company with a local entrepreneur here and we were going over Facebook ads on the whiteboard and I thought I would just do a little video and show you what Nicholas taught me. Hey Nicholas, watched your video from Techademics with Chris record. Loved it. I'm implementing already. So anyway, I was explaining to Andrew, which is my client, how we're going to target people on Facebook using demographic attributes, psychographic attributes, create ad sets, and then we're going to come up with a Facebook video ad and it's going to have annotation, it's going to be on autoplay. We're going to come up with a copy and image selection that is a message to market match. And of course there's going to be a CTA which is a call to action. And when they click it, when we get to click through and go to a lead capture page with their name and email and a submit button, this lead capture page is going to be visually congruent with the previous ad again. It's going to have some copy on it too. It's a singular action. There's no distraction, nothing else they can do on this page. It's a dedicated URL. Okay. Assuming we're going to get the conversion, we're going to come over here to the thank you page and there's a lot of things that we can optimize on this page. You don't want to just say thank you and goodbye. So you can offer them, you can make them an offer for one of your products, lower priced products at this point or just come up with some action that you want them to take next. Whether it's to visit your website or a particular video or webinar or, or social media. Another very important thing on the Facebook page is we embed a Facebook pixel on there. And that is very, very important because that implicitly tells Facebook's communication back to Facebook business intelligence back to Facebook and informs Facebook of successful conversions. So all those people in that audience that converted, that's helping make the Facebook algorithm smarter. Okay, so that pixel, the concept is you would never get to this page unless you would never get to the thank you page unless you opted in here on the lead capture. So that means that this ad coupled with this lead capture page to that ad set the audience up there. It worked. So it's informational and so that's the importance of the Facebook pixel being on this page. Right here. And as they opt in, you're building your list, you're segmenting your list and you're creating an autoresponder sequence in Aweber. It's a double opt in, by the way, to make sure that they really want to be on the list. Or they can go through clickfunnels. Okay. Which is even more sophisticated. Okay. So if you're using clickfunnels, great software. Alright, I'm just gonna read what I wrote here. So now they're in your ecosystem. Okay. Now they're online. So right now you get to predetermined customer experience that you want to give them. Draw it out, map it out, give it careful consideration, architect what you want to happen next and when. Okay. And once you do that, you implement the technology to make it happen. And that is all the different funnels that you could do in click funnels that continue the customer journey and have them ascend with you like it's called an escalation path or an ascension path so that they can buy more of your things and go deeper in learning whatever it is that you offer. And you can learn more about that. Readrussellbrunsonsbook.com Secrets I kind of drew it out there. This is what it looks like. Got it here with me. So between Russell Brunson and Nicholas Kuzmich, we are doing Internet marketing with Facebook ads. The highest ROI on your ad spend if you get these parameters right. And if you're thinking about like my client asked me too about the budgeting, $5 a day. It has never been easier and more affordable to test your ideas, test a business, test a concept you can put like stop losses.
