Hey there, it's Christina with another vegan kitchen video. Tonight I'm making something incredibly simple but very delicious. And it's actually festive because it's red and green. I'm making a strawberry mint juice in the Vitamix blender. So I have a plate of strawberries, which I took the stems off right here. And I have a whole bunch of beautiful, fragrant, organic mint leaves. And these are my herb scissors. They've got four blades. See that? And this is what I use to snip the leaves. And this is just my cutting board and my knife. And the mint is locally grown in the Shenandoah Mountains here in Virginia. It's organic, refreshing, sweet, and cool. It also shows you how to keep the plants alive. I never really have good luck with this, but I can't wait to grow my herbs successfully. Mint and basil and parsley and dill and cilantro and all that. But look at it. It is so green. So this is going to be a green juice. I don't have red grapes, but if I did, I would add red seedless grapes to this. But you can just use strawberry and mint. So when you get your mint leaves and your strawberries for that matter, you want to purchase by what they look like visually, but also use your nose. You should smell your fruit. You should be able to smell your fruit, and it should smell like strawberries. And you should be able to smell the mint. It should be very, very fragrant. And if it's not, then you just don't buy it and just, you know, you won't make the recipe until you find good ingredients. So it's not strawberry season. So I was lucky to find these strawberries. And we're just going to throw it all in the blender right here, the Vitamix blend blender, and blend it up. So look at it. It's red and green, perfect for the season, Christmas. And just put it in the blender. It. Okay, that's all the berries. I mean, that's all the mint leaves. And now it's time for the berries. And just going to go in. Last one. Beautiful red and green.
