Christina walks through shelves describing beverages (apple cider, non-dairy milks), condiments (pesto, vegan butter), fresh produce (spinach, sprouts, apples, cantaloupe, carrots, celery, lemons, tomatoes, green beans, mushrooms), and mentions meal uses like pizza and soup preparation. The video emphasizes fresh, local/organic ingredients and practical tips (e.g., checking sprouts for moisture).

Hey there, it's Christina. It's been a while since I've done a refrigerator tour because I've done a lot of photos and videos of vegan grocery shopping and what it is like to eat vegan as far as recipe ideas, meal prep, smoothies, juices, but haven't done a refrigerator tour in a while. So tonight I thought I would open my home and my kitchen and my refrigerator door and show you what we have. So we have some apple cider, organic local apple cider. This is from Whole Foods, but more specifically, it's from an orchard in Pennsylvania, and we're in Virginia, so it is really fresh and it is delicious. It's fall right now, wintertime, and I love to warm this up with some cinnamon sticks. I can't remember what kind of apples they use. I'm thinking it's Honeycrisp or Jonathan. And then, of course, we have non dairy milks. We have two varieties, both from Silk, which is a great brand, and one is the Almond Coconut, and the other is just a vanilla almond. It is light, so it doesn't have as much. It's not unsweetened, but it's less sugar than the normal one. So we use these for cereal and smoothies and sometimes just to drink a glass. Okay. So, and then on this shelf we have some Deer park water, fresh filtered water. And then this is Earth Balance, which is vegan butter. And. And that's for baking or sauteing. Really good brand. And the next shelf is the stuff we use for pizza. This is fresh basil pesto sauce. Let's see if I can open it. You can pull this out a little bit. This is fresh basil pesto, and we get it from Wegmans. So you can see it needs to be stirred up because that's the olive oil. Okay. And this is a Vidalia onion and fresh peeled garlic, which is also something that goes on the pizza. Fresh peeled garlic. And I love sprouts. So we have some clover sprouts here, and they're locally grown too, in North Carolina. And you always want to look at the package and make sure that they are dry. You don't want to see condensation or any water accumulation because you don't want any mold or bacteria. You want them to be kind of dried out. Okay. So that's the middle shelf, and down here we have baby spinach. And. I can open it. I always want to show you how fresh, how fresh everything is. So this is how beautiful and soft the leaves are and how green it is. Okay. And we have two lemons. We have some, I chopped up some. This is like sort of like prep, meal prep for salad. There's cucumber, baby carrots and some grape tomatoes. And then back here are some green beans. And we like to have this with it. Depends, maybe baby portobello mushrooms, shallots or garlic or almonds. And then we have our apples in this shelf right here. These are honeycrisp, four of them. And right here are our organic carrots from Wegmans and some celery. And here we were going to make some soup. So the beginnings of soup was always carrot, celery and onions. Haven't got around to it yet. Been really busy. And of course that would get sauteed in the earth balance Vegan butter. Right here. Hold on just a second. It. I have the vegetable broth but I can't reach it. Right here. Anyway. Alright. And then at the very bottom we have a cantaloupe that we just sliced and we're getting ready to scoop out the seeds and enjoy this cantaloupe. So that is the tour of my vegan refrigerator this week and lots of healthy raw fruits and vegetables. A lot of color you want to eat by color. Sprouts are really good. All these things are whole foods and really, really good for you. So I hope you enjoyed my video and I will see you on the next one. And if you've made a vegan refrigerator tour video, let me know in the comments below and link me up to it. I'd love to see it because I like to see a variety of ideas of what everybody eating. Alright, let me see if I can find. Actually let me see if I can put this right here for just a second and show you. Right here is the vegetable broth, the organic vegetable broth that we're going to do. Soup.
