Hello everyone, come on in, say hello. Yes, we are live right now, just for fun. And if you happen to be watching on the replay, it doesn't matter either way. I'd love to hear from you. I wanted to celebrate— it's been 5 years since I started the Soul Healers Community. And you know, even though we haven't 100. We are only 4 away. It's a beautiful, small, co-creative, connected, collaborative, and safe community. And, and, you know, I wanted to go back and, uh, just think about why did I start it, because I never found a place or a space where I felt safe. And yes, I realized some of that was trauma and my inner child needed to be healed. But there are a lot of people, uh, there are many, and even in the spiritual realm, yes, even in the spiritual realm, where they do not walk the walk and talk the talk. And what do I mean? They make it seem all pretty and, oh, we love everybody and kumbaya, and then when you get in, it ends up being absolute chaos. And, you know, it's filled with a lot of ego, people who have unhealed wounds, people who are looking to just get money out of you, scam you, to use you in the next rung in their ladder, whatever they happen to be climbing. So that's why I created this space, and I wanted to talk about 3 statements that will change the world. Connection is the cure. That's number 1. Practice is the path. And I think number 3 is the most important: service is the purpose. Which one resonates with you? Connection, practice, service, or maybe it's all 3? I want to know. I want to hear about that. Let me know. Drop your comments below which resonates with you the most. And, uh, Yeah, I'd also love for you to tell me what 2025 means to you. I know it is a lot different, meaning we are connecting in different ways, in ways that really mean something. And I know social media is changing as well. So it's, it's interesting. I believe the other day I had a notification from Meta a Facebook that says they're going to delete videos starting June 23rd that are older than 30 days. That's interesting. So I feel more and more people are going to pull away from Facebook, from Instagram. Um, let me know if that's you. Maybe that's why, you know, I'd be like, almost need like a, you know, a heart. We need to start the heart here a little bit more. I need, you know, grab the paddles. And is there anybody here in this group that's alive, that's still showing up in Facebook? Let me know, because it's been pretty quiet here. I don't have a crickets sound, but you get the idea. So Let me know what, what's happening for you out there. So really, those three statements about connection, practice, and service really capture a lot of what I think is needed for our personal and collective healing. We suffer when we are disconnected from our bodies. We suffer when we're disconnected from our emotions. We suffer when we're disconnected from our loved ones, even the relationships where you've had to put in boundaries because they're not safe. That's still part of suffering. It doesn't mean you have to reconnect. We suffer when we disconnected from our communities and our planet. Only the ego believes that it can take and destroy and pillage and pluck anything it wants out of the Earth, uh, with no repercussions. But let me tell you, everything that's happening right now is because we are taking more than we are giving. We are taking more than we are serving. Yes. So connection is the cure for many of our challenges. And if we are disconnected now How do we get to connection? Let me know if you're feeling disconnected, whatever it happens to be. How do you get to connect with yourself again? Really, for me, it's about practice. Practice is the path. Chop wood, carry water, the Buddha method, uh, whatever method it happens to be. It's all about Showing up for yourself every day and showing up for others and taking care of yourself every day, because it does take time, it does take energy and guidance for us to reconnect with our innate wisdom, with our intuition, with our soulful selves, with compassion, mindfulness— not mindful monkey mind, no, mindful, Zen, balance, and courage and strength. So I know that practice is the path. And with practice, we feel more connected, then we have our whoa, our aha moments, our astral traveling, our intuitive hits, our channeling, our messages from our guides, our angels, our loved ones, and our collective team. Because when you're in the practice of practice and connection, it will naturally happen. When we are trying— I'm trying— I hear this a lot. I'm trying to open my third eye. I'm trying to do this. Take try out of it and just and do it enough. You already are doing it, and it doesn't have to be a Hollywood real moment, a Hollywood movie blockbuster, you know what I'm saying? That's not how it works. It is very subtle, it is very random. That is how intuition works, and it's natural. So the more that you are able to naturally connect with yourself then the more events will come in that start to make sense, even if they don't make sense right now. There have been many times in my life and with my clients and my experience over the years as a medium, as a Reiki master, as a certified coach, as a speaker, as an author, all these things that I had no idea why they were happening at the time. But when you get to the other side of it, you're like, aha, I get it. Because I had to go and connect all the dots. I had to connect everything for it to land and connect heart to mind. Because our human self wants to figure everything out. Our egoic selves want to figure everything out. And in this time of chaos, there is hecka, hella no way this is going to happen. There is no rhyme and no reason. Everything is falling apart, crumbling, looking insane, feeling insane, because that's part of the matrix. Yes, red pill, blue pill, glass half empty, glass half full, tinfoil hat now turned into a crown, huh? Conspiracy theory now fact. Hello, hello, you already knew that. You already knew that. You don't need science, politics, government, other people, religion to confirm anything that you already knew. Okay, so we really— so those are those aha moments, those epiphanies. We realize that we are an aspect of the great interdependent unfolding that we call life in the universe. When we understand this, our motivations change. And how do we get to that understanding? Get outside, move your body, experience nature in the most nurturing way. Because when you get out in that expanse— that's why I travel, that's why I climb mountains, because it takes me out of this, ah, whatever's going on here, and brings me down into the heart. The heart is the all-knowing heart. Love is the currency of the world, not anything else. So when you're seeking— when seeking personal gain no longer feels meaningful— I've been there— instead, we know since we are an interdependent system, not independent— I'm Miss Independent, I do everything myself, I don't need anybody— no, there has to be a balance. You're That's a trauma response where you feel you have to do everything, and it is also egoic, meaning you want to control everything because it has to be a certain way and only you have the best ideas and yada yada yada. Okay, get off your high horse. And I'm not saying not think for yourself, but I'm saying we are part of this system, interdependent system. And our relatively small actions have real impact on the flourishing of life. Thus, the purpose of our being here in this lifetime becomes serving life itself. And that is where joy is. That's where joy is. So I want to ask you this question, and I'd love to know your thoughts on this. How different would the world be when we aim for service instead of success? I'll say it again. How different would the world be when we aim for service instead of success? All the awards, the titles, the certifications, the look at me, look at me, look at me, because I don't love myself and I need all the attention. But it's a bucket and a hole in my soul that will never be filled until I fill my self. So how can you build your connection to yourself, to relationships, to community, and to nature this year? What is one action you could do for each, right? How can you build your connection with yourself? For me, it's sitting in quiet for at least 10 minutes a day. For relationship, it is reaching out to someone I would not normally reach out to. Yes. How can I build communities, like in community? Acts of service, random acts of kindness in the community. And then for nature, just plant more, plant more wherever you happen to be, plant a garden, plant a flower, plant a tree. Yes, that's what I'm going to do. So what practices do you want to commit to? And my last question is, how would your life choices change if you aimed for service instead of success? I think that's the biggest one right now, absolutely, with all these so-called gurus that are out there and sign up for this course and do that and that workshop and this and this. It's just too much. I really would like you to be drawn to your life choices, aiming for service and building more connection with yourself with others, with community, and with nature. So thank you so much for taking the time to watch this video. I'd love to hear your thoughts below. Share this with someone you love and invite people that might not normally want, you know, think about doing these things. But I really feel that this is, you know, if you just say, hey, check out this community, check out what Christine J Gold, Christine J Gold's talking about, check out what I'm doing, you never know, you might be planting a seed, a spark of change for someone else. Okay, and congrats, uh, to everyone being here. I'm sending you lots of love. Take care, and I hope to talk to you soon. Bye-bye for now.
