432 Hz : Full Moon in Aries Healing Detox Reiki guided meditation

Welcome to the full Hunter's Moon in Aries. This will be a guided meditation, a full chakra healing and balancing with Reiki healing, full detox, and attuned at 432 Hertz, Mother Nature's healing frequency. Let's begin. Find a comfortable spot to sit or to lay down. Close your eyes and really focus on your breath. Your breath is your connection to everything. Just as Mother Earth breathes, you breathe as well. And this full moon is inviting us to really release and let go of anything that is not serving you, detoxing from anything or anyone that is not of your highest good. And I really want you to focus on the root chakra, the base of your spine. And just imagine you have beautiful, beautiful roots shooting out of that spine, beautiful brilliant white cord, and it shoots down your legs and out your feet and smashes into the earth, into the crystalline grid, right down into the center of the earth. And you'll see a beautiful stone that is suspended in the middle of the earth. This is your healing stone. You choose, you choose the color, you choose the shape, you choose the feeling. Imagine your roots and cords wrapping around this and bring it back up the way that it came until it gently grounds and pulls you back to the earth. You are now grounded and rooted and connected to Mother Earth. Now just imagine this beautiful feeling coming up through your toes, your feet, your ankles, letting go, letting go, releasing anything in the shins, the knees. Fear is not allowed in this beautiful, beautiful spiritual body, this beautiful spiritual being having a physical experience on Earth. We're releasing and letting that go, bringing this beautiful energy up through the thighs and the buttocks until it reaches just to the hip area. Imagine figure 8, the infinity symbol. You can actually start moving your hips along if you'd like. We're releasing any tension. Maybe we're having a little fun. Maybe you're wiggling a little bit. Whatever it is, have fun with this. Enjoy. We're bringing this beautiful energy up to the root chakra. We're invoking Chokurei, Chokurei, Sei Hei Kei, Sei Hei Kei, Daimoku, Daimoku, across all timelines. The healing and the releasing and the detoxing will go wherever it's needed. Bringing this up to the root chakra, clearing that off, beautiful red. Bringing this up to the sacral chakra, beautiful orange, infusing, infusing up to the heart center where the soul sits. The heart and soul, this is you are. Really welcome that in. Fully feel that. Feel your chest expand. Feel your heart opening. Feel it expanding. Feel it releasing. We're releasing. We're letting go. We're detoxing. And we're only— the only energy is love. That's it. Love. Bring this up to the throat chakra, beautiful blue turquoise, wrapping it around the back of the neck, the back of the shoulders, all the way down to the spine, releasing any tension, any areas of stiffness, any areas that we haven't been able to move forward to. We're also releasing any attacks, any energetic attacks, any psychic attacks, anything that has come against This is now being released and let go. We're lighter, we're brighter, we're more energetic. You might actually feel this release here or in the next few days, weeks, months. Healing has no timeline. Now we're bringing this up to the third eye, and just imagine this light switch, this pressure is opening. Opening, opening, releasing, letting go of any past lives, anything that is not yours to hold on to. Let it go. These are not your stories. This is not who you are anymore. The old paradigm is dying and we are birthing New Earth energy. You are new, anew. The chrysalis time is over. We're now bringing this up to the crown chakra. The crown chakra, huge gateway opening up, clearing off again, connecting to your most divine self, to your guides, your angels, your loved ones, to God, to archangels. We're asking them all to come in to help us all, the collective. It's when more are one gather many, many things happen. Miracles happen, healing happens, love happens. Vibrational energy is changing, and so are you. Oh yeah, just bring this in. Maybe let a big sigh out of relief. You're here. Thank you. Now we're going to bring this energy back down to the crown. Just imagine this beautiful golden energy coming back down. Beautiful white light, beautiful golden energy, whatever color you imagine, bringing it back down to the crown, the third eye, and to the throat, back to the heart. Now imagine your auric field is now being cleared and cleansed. We're smoothing out any gaps, any leaks of energy, smoothing it out. Beautiful golden energy. You're refilling yourself up with this beautiful love, peace, joy, abundance, prosperity, wholeness, wellness. This is who you are. This is who we are. And I affirm that it's already been done. And so it is. And so it is. And so it is. Take your time coming back. There was some— also some cords being cut, some energy being released. Also just energetically scanning your body, my body, our body, until the vessel is empty. Is that what the— this full moon and any full moon is for, is to release, to detox. And however else you'd like to spend your time after this, whether it's journaling, Epsom salt bath, charging your crystals, making moon water, dancing, singing, any type of creative energy, or just drifting off to sleep. Thank you so much for being here. I love you. Namaste.
