Hey everyone, I just wanted to post this video. I've gotten a lot of messages, people asking for help with healing their anger. So here it goes. Essentially, there are 7 steps. I'm basically go through it any way you want. Anger is something that I dealt with most of my life. I didn't really know the gifts that I had until recently. So essentially, it's just a form of unresolved sadness. So, you know, don't get me wrong, anger got me through many tough times and even kept me alive. What it didn't do was give me a permanent peace of mind. So I just have a few tips and tricks in regards to anger. Number 1, recognize it. And if you find you're doing this every day or multiple times a week, know this is not serving you or anyone else. So, I mean, it might get you through for 30 seconds or a couple hours, but at the end of it, I'm sure you feel exhausted. So Just, it's almost like a negative thought. You need to catch it right away and recognize what's going on. Number 2, appreciate it. I know it sounds strange. Anger has gotten you through some tough situations and you're here. So yeah, you can appreciate that aspect and move on to number 3, deal with it. Find out where it comes from. A lot of times it's childhood trauma. Yeah, you're going to have to dig back into those deep parts of you that you probably don't want to, and it'll be hard, it'll be tough. I'm not saying it's easy. I've been through the gamut myself, but you come through stronger, wiser, and with more tools, uh, to help you along the way. Self-healing, basically. It also comes from low self-esteem, negative self-talk, There's bullying, addictions, there's— it's a ton of issues. You might just want to write it down and then figure out how to expand on it. Number 4, release it. Cry, scream, run 10K if you can, or just run until you pass out. High-intensity workouts, cardio, they're all good ways to let go for sure. Spend a day in bed crying or an hour. Yell, throw pillows, stomp your feet, clap your hands, whatever it takes to release it for good. It might not happen overnight. Little by little, you'll notice that your anger leaks out less and less and you find productive ways to channel and heal your anger. Number 5, journal your feelings. Yes, I know. Some people are not born with a poetry mind or a poet's mind. Just have to start writing. Start with a few words or sentences a day about how you're feeling, even if it's one word, mad, angry, sad. Frustrated, pissed off, whatever it is. You'll notice it gets easier the more you do it. So go back every week, look back and see, um, that not every day was a bad one. Take the little victories and remember, you got this. I got your back. Number 6: Dream more. Find ways to use your imagination and be mindful. Med is important as well. It's always important to write them down as soon as you get up. Music is fabulous. Maybe find a new hobby. Like myself, I want to take calligraphy and dancing. So try something new. You never know. And number 7, 7, be grateful and mindful for everything you have and how far you've come. Remember, everyone is fighting their own battles. This is yours, it will get better. And the last step, and definitely the hardest, we must stop taking offense to everything. This is not, this is the ego, not you. The ego roots itself in suffering. If you feel something, notice it, step back, observe, analyze, and see the other side and let it go. So I hope this helps. Subscribe below. Remember to join me on Facebook every Friday.
