Welcome to your solstice meditation. In this meditation, there will be Reiki light codes, cord cutting, chakra clearing, Reiki healing, and full DNA upgrades. I welcome you to find a spot comfortable and quiet. You may sit or lie down. It doesn't matter. What matters is you're here. Close your eyes, focus on your breath, and let's begin. Imagine coming from your root chakra, the base of your spine, a thick, brilliant white cord. Imagine this cord shooting down your legs and out your feet. The cord smashes through the rocks, the dirt, the debris, the crystalline grid, until it reaches just to the center of the earth. There is a beautiful sparkly black obsidian suspended in the middle of the earth. This black obsidian will assist in clearing any energies, any negativity, anything that does not serve you for your highest good, anything that does not come from love and light. Will be cleared away. Imagine your cord wrapping around the black obsidian. Imagine it coming back up the way that it came until it reaches just to the soles of your feet. Now imagine this energy coming up through your toes your ankles, pulling any energies out, any stiffness, anything that is not helping you move forward. In the shins, focusing on the knees, bringing this energy up through the thighs and the buttocks. Focusing on the pelvic region, the pelvis, the womb energy, until it reaches the base of your spine. Picture your root chakra, beautiful energy wheel spinning. Spinning in perfect motion, perfect harmony, slowing it down into perfect balance, clearing off any connections, any thoughts, any ideas of lack, of fear. Of feeling not safe, those are being cleared away, and we're welcoming in abundance, love, safety, solid foundation for which to begin your new path. And along your journey. If you feel you're at a crossroads at this time, clearing that off. And as we go along, I will be asking for assistance from our guides, our angels, our loved ones, and from God. We're bringing that in as that's what's being called and brought forward at this time as we go along. This is the power symbol. Infinite, never-ending, always mending. Imagine it now. We're bringing this energy up through the sacral chakra. This is your creativity space, your hub. Of communication, bringing this up to your sacral chakra, your creativity, your sensuality, your sensitivity center. Imagine this beautiful golden orange Wheel spinning, beautiful spinning wheel. You are seen, you are heard, you are valued, you are worthy. Letting go of any form of childhood trauma, any abuses, any neglect. Letting it go, and we're welcoming in the safe child, the seen child, the loving child, the valuable teenager, the confident young adult. Just imagine that now happening. We're clearing anything off Clearing, healing, knowing, mending, womb reclamation and reconciliation. We're now bringing this up to the solar plexus, your mighty I Am presence, your lion, your lioness, your yin and your yang, bringing it into perfect balance. Imagine this beautiful golden yellow wheel spinning in perfect harmony with you and with the world. You set the tone. You have always been confident. You have always been worthy. You are always enough, and you are never too much. We're cutting any cords. We're rescinding anything that is the opposite of not being enough. Also welcoming in— say hey, K. Say hey, K. Say hey, K. Mental and emotional balance. We're now bringing this up to the heart chakra. Beautiful green wheel spinning in perfect balance and harmony of who you are, not who you used to be. This is a new time. This is a new entry point into the New Earth the Golden Age of Aquarius, as Pluto makes its slow transit out of Capricorn where it has sat for 20 years and will move into the late fall, into the winter season. And with this Strawberry Moon in Capricorn, there will be another full moon in Capricorn a month later. So this is a potent portal energy between these two full moons in the same sign as Capricorn. So we're bringing this into the heart of the matter. Your heart chakra is open, choosing love, love above all things, love over the mind, love over the fear. Love over any type of strife or contention, being tender, being tender-hearted, being playful, having joy, compassion, and empathy. And we're cutting away anything that is the opposite of that. Take a deep breath in and really feel that, know that, and let it go. Let it go. Let go and let God. And you might feel your chest expanding. You might feel like you're just opening more and more like a sunflower does to the sun. The sun and the sunflower are very synchronous, meaning the sunflower tracks the sun and is always in perfect harmony, getting the most of the sun's radiance. And during this solstice time, that is the highest point of the sun where the biggest and the most of the solar energies are being released at this time. So imagine that, but then there's also the moon aspect. So we're having opposing energies. We're also having fire, fire, a lot of fire. But we're also having a lot of emotional energy, a lot of water, water, water. So how can you merge? How can you bring both of these into balance? Because that's really what life is about, is bringing everything into balance, into perfect synchronicity, into perfect harmony. Imperfectly. You already are perfect, so you don't need to do anymore. You don't need to be anymore. You already are. We're clearing that off. We're now bringing this up to the beautiful throat chakra, beautiful blue center wheel spinning, or maybe you're imagining it as a blue flower, a blue lotus opening As you imagine this, this is your communication center. And many of us have had past lives where we were hung or we were burned for speaking or knowing things, because the, the dark does not want to know the light. And many of us had that cut off in past lives, but we're now reclaiming our voices. We're singing, we're speaking, we're writing, we're creating with the Creator. We are co-creators. Know this. And you may want to bring in some turquoise into your life. It is a powerful, powerful stone for that center, for the throat chakra. That color, just seeing it, invokes something inside of you to come out, to shout, to speak, to laugh, to sing, to cry, whatever that needs to happen. We're clearing that off. Now we're going up to the third eye. Put your tongue on the roof of your mouth. This will assist the opening, the clearing. We're letting go of old stories, old wounds, old traumas, old patterns and programming and whoever it happened to be, whether it was from childhood, your parents, anyone that was around you, is now being let go. It is not for you to hold on to. And you may feel some pressure between your eyebrows as this is upgrading, as this is being let go. See this as a beautiful indigo wheel, indigo lights with beautiful diamonds, herkimer diamonds sparkling, beautiful, amazing sodalite. You may want to bring that in. And we're bringing in the master symbol, Daikomyo, Daikomyo, Daikomyo, bringing that in, clearing anything away. And now We're bringing this up to the crown chakra. This is your access, your gateway point to your guides, angels, loved ones, and to God, the elementals, light language, Pleiadians, Arcturians, Sumerians, Lemurians, whatever you connect or identify with or might be coming through right now. As you are just realizing your star family, your star systems, your star guidance. It's all connected. And this beautiful white light portal is opening up in your crown. You see the wheel spinning. You're remembering who you are. You're remembering your dreams. You're remembering the soul of who you are, a spiritual being having a human experience. We have definitely shifted into 5D, but we're not attached or detached to what level we're on. It's practicing non-attachment, meaning you see it, you are the witness of it, However, you are moved but not triggered. There's the difference. So imagine that lightning bolt going through the stratosphere. You're connected above, you're connected below. Now we're going to bring that back down, that energy back down. Through the crown to the third eye to the throat to the heart. We are staying with the heart. We're going to get to the heart of the matter. We're asking at this time to cut any cords any attachments, any energy, any attacks, any wounding, any contracts going back through 7 generations. 7 generations is 150 years, and we're actually going to take it all the way back to the beginning of time. We're healing all of the past lifetimes. We are no longer connected to it. We are cutting that cord. We get nothing out of it other than it's going to be left in the past. Thank you for signs and symbols that may come through now and in the future, whether it's in journaling, channeling, dreams. Angels disguised as strangers, random conversations, repeating numbers, animals, smells, knowing, taste. Whatever it is, I'm aware and I'm paying attention, but not in a hyper state, just in a, an aware state, a state of gratitude, a state of abundance, a state of love, a state of excitement and joy.
