In this YouTube video, spiritual medium and intuitive energy coach Christine J. Gold introduces the crown (7th) chakra as the gateway to a partnership with Spirit and the Divine. She shares her personal transformation from a victim‑conscious mindset to a surrendered, spirit‑aligned life after a “dark night of the soul” four years ago. Gold explains the crown chakra’s symbolism (Sahasrara, thousand‑petal lotus), its color, element (thought), and its role in connecting the brain, pineal gland, and central nervous system to higher consciousness. She outlines common signs of imbalance—loneliness, feeling insignificant, over‑attachment to material status, migraines, and a sense of abandonment by a higher power. Practical methods for balancing the crown chakra are presented, including lotus‑style yoga, essential oils (lotus, rose, spruce), purple foods (beet tops, blackberries, purple cabbage, plums), chanting “Om,” crystals (diamond, selenite, alexandrite, amethyst), meditation, and prayer. Gold offers a free 7‑Chakra Workbook, personal readings, Reiki sessions, and mentorship, and promotes her group gatherings “Unleash Your Soul’s Purpose,” held twice weekly for highly sensitive, empathic, or light‑worker individuals seeking a safe, supportive community. Throughout, she emphasizes a non‑religious, Christ‑conscious perspective that God has no religion, the importance of trusting divine timing, and creating personal sanctuaries in nature or home. The video concludes with an invitation to join the community, share chakra concerns, and a warm summer farewell.

Hello and welcome everyone. Do you have trouble staying connected to Spirit and the Divine, the Matrix, to God, to Source? Do you ever try to do things alone and, you know, throw the dice, roll the dice, throw the cards in the air and say, hey, if it works, it works. If it doesn't, it doesn't. And do you struggle to know that you are made from Spirit, from the universe, and we are all connected? Welcome, I'm Christine J Gold with 24 Karat Healing. I'm a spiritual medium, intuitive energy coach, and old soul healer. And today we are talking about the energy center series Now, if you've been following me for a while, uh, we've gone through the root chakra, the sacral, the solar, the heart, the throat, the third eye, and today we are talking about the crown chakra. Now, you know, little story about myself. I was not operating from the divine. I did not know that, as they say, the universe has your back. I always felt that I was, you know, picked on, left out, bad things always happen to me and nobody else, definitely in victim consciousness. But when I absolutely had my crash, my dark night of the soul, and I've had multiple, but the last one was 4 years ago, I finally said, okay, I'm done. I surrender, and God help me. And I believe those three words changed my life. And it wasn't because I was looking for my next fix, my next drink, my next distraction. I was ready to commit to Spirit and to myself. All right, because the, the crown chakra is our connection to the Divine. It is our partnership with spirit. And it's about connecting, it's about opening and allowing, surrendering and trusting. And yes, I'm recording in beautiful Abbotsford, British Columbia today. It is going to be a scorcher. They were talking about 45 degrees Celsius and about, I believe that's 105 Fahrenheit, I believe, for anyone that deals in Fahrenheit. So it's very warm. I'm on the road, so I'm not at home trying to find a beautiful quiet spot here. So thank you for being here, and I'm also, you know, operating with spirit, with God, trusting in all will work out. So let's move on to the crown chakra. I've got, of course, a little graphic for everyone, and this is the 7th chakra. Sahaswara is referred to the thousand-petal lotus chakra if you follow, you know, Hinduism, Buddhism. This is the top chakra of the seven, and it's located at the crown of the head, and it is about thought. It's our source of enlightenment and spiritual connection to all that is. Violet in color, element of thought, and it's a connection between you and the divine. And it's definitely responsible for spirituality, your belief systems, your revelations, divine consciousness, and enlightenment. So your brain functions and central nervous system are controlled by the crown chakra. So I mean, I guess this is where people have issues with thought, or my mind is always racing. So if you can really work on quieting that down It will help the rest of your body relax and kind of go into a flow, like a flow consciousness where you and God and, and the universe are one. There is no separation, and you're working together, you're co-creating together in tandem with spirit. So, um, it's also connected to the pineal gland again, and it's all about knowing um, working with the colors purple, lavender, white as well. And you might have some issues with this chakra. It— you might experience a gap or maybe a block. If you're experiencing loneliness, feeling insignificant and meaningless as well, you may feel a strong attachment to material possessions and achievements and titles. Again, defining yourself according to others. It's definitely a disconnect from your spiritual side of life. So you feel no connection or guidance from a higher power. You feel unworthy of spiritual help and are angry that your higher power has abandoned you. So yeah, that's where the disconnect comes in too. You feel like a victim, or you feel like everyone's against you and nothing is for you. You might also suffer from migraines and tension headaches too, so just be aware of that. And of course, there are amazing ways to balance your crown chakra. Crown opening yoga, half lotus, any type of lotus position, shavasana as well. Essential oils: lotus, rose, and spruce. I think, you know, this picture here tells it all. I mean, roses, sacred geometry, The petals, they're ever unfolding, always opening. Purple foods: beet tops, blackberries, purple cabbage, and plums. Maybe grapes as well. Chanting Om, Om. Crystals, of course, working with diamonds, selenite, alexandrite, and amethyst as well is one of my favorites. Meditating, of course, you're creating a stronger connection with yourself and with Source. Prayer, so really letting your inner voice be your guide and not being distracted. Uh, and I do have a free, um, 7 Chakra Series Workbook, so if you're interested in that, let me know. It's completely free. So do you struggle with any of these key concepts? So this energy might be the one that you work on. Share in the comments below and let me know. As well, if you would like a personal reading, healing, Reiki reveal session, and mentorship with myself, coaching, any type of guidance, uh, book at Christine J Gold. That's Christine J Gold. And this really is the start of the summer season as well. And I really want to implore this: it's not a religion because God has no religion. I know for myself, you know, I was baptized at the age of 24 because they believed that you needed to know who God was first before being baptized. So that I— for me, that just didn't connect, right? I didn't stick with it, uh, until I heard someone speak about Christ consciousness and God and Source and had my awakening 4 years ago where it finally connected. It was not outside of me. It is a feeling. It is who we are. And the more that you trust, the more that you trust in everything. Uh, everything is working for you. You trust in divine timing. You trust in the plan, even if you think you don't have a plan. You have to trust that there is a plan and really trusting, um, your connection to Source and not listening to outside influences. If that includes friends, family, television, media, news. Okay, um, the more time you can spend outside in nature with animals, with creating a sanctuary inside and in your home or wherever your space is, you have to have a place where you feel it's your soft landing. Yeah, soft landing. So just let me know if you have an idea of which chakra is off. I have all of the other chakras, uh, the series listed below in, in the comments, in the comment section. So please let me know. And as well, every Saturday, um, I, I offer a— well, I believe I'm going to do it twice a week now. I made this decision since my podcast show is taking a break for 2 months. I decided to bring it on, uh, Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. So if you are highly sensitive, empath, lightworker, and you just looking for a space to connect with other people and looking for your tribe and looking for a place to belong and looking for a place to feel safe, then this is the place for you. It's, uh, Unleash Your Soul's Purpose. And you know, this year has really been about our soul's purpose and what is our purpose and why are we here. Um, why are you here? I, I know I'm not the only one asking these questions, so this is a great space and place to connect with others from all over the world. And of course, your privacy is so important to us. So if you don't want to be on camera, that is absolutely fine. You can listen in the background and interact as much or as little as you want, but really it's, uh, what you get out of it. And I had, um, there were a few new ladies on Saturday, and, and I told them basically, you know, this— the, the biggest and the most difficult step is to just show up. So if if you are feeling called to do that, if you're just— things are not resonating for you anymore and you're looking for that safe space, please join us. The link will be listed in the comments as well. And, uh, please send any questions you have, anything you'd like me to teach or share with you that maybe you're on a different, um, uh, path in regards to your spiritual journey. Maybe you're feeling stuck or lost or lonely or whatever it is. I understand, we've all been there. I have as well. And it's not for the faint of heart, this journey that we've been called to do. Okay, so I'm sending you all so much love. Take care, and I hope to see you soon. Have an amazing summer.
