Day 5 Prayer Challenge - Exude

In this live‑style session of a 7‑day prayer challenge, medium, mentor, and healer Christine J. Gold introduces the theme “Exude.” She defines exude as a diffusion of abundance and gratitude, likening it to a sweet fragrance that emanates from flowers. Christine explains that worship—broadly understood as any expression of reverence and gratitude toward God—is a key tactic in spiritual warfare, helping believers silence lies, fear, and negativity. She shares a personal story of financial hardship as a single mother, describing how she chose gratitude over worry and how worship music can transform mindset. Practical suggestions include using uplifting songs, muting or unfollowing toxic social‑media accounts, and creating daily rituals of gratitude. Christine promotes her Patreon‑based community (energy updates, monthly Ask‑Me‑Anything, personalized videos), the Soul Healers Club, online courses, and her book Intuition Saved My Life. She invites viewers to share their location, favorite worship songs, prayer requests, and to join a weekly safe‑space Zoom. The session ends with a collective prayer, a reminder that healing begins where ego ends, and a brief anecdote about a woodpecker hitting a window, underscoring her care for all living beings.

All right, I could just vibe out to that music. Welcome everyone, come on in. This is day 5 of the 7-day prayer challenge, and I'm Christine J Gold. I am a medium, mentor, healer, uh, but really at the end of the day, I'm a soul just like you are, and we're all trying to make our way home. And heaven is on Earth. It's here. Now you might be thinking, what are you talking about? And I don't think so. Well, I've been there. I understand. I empathize. There is a big difference between empathy and sympathy. Um, let me know what your definition is. Uh, but anyways, E stands for exude. So when you hear the word exude, it just, it sounds so wondrous. And the definition is to ooze out or to undergo diffusion. Diffusion, um, maybe you're oozing or spreading out in all directions, right? But it's really about abundance, um, There's other, you know, there's percolating, there's sweating, straining, weeping, bleeding. There's lots of different synonyms for exude. And I, I like to think of more of the flowers or our abundance, our gratitude is exuding a sweet fragrance. When praying is exuding a, a grateful, uh, gratitude attitude. I mean, and, and we're most thankful. And thank you for spending your time, your day with me. Let me know where you are in the world, if you've been here before, if you have not been here, if you've prayed before, if you haven't. It doesn't matter. You're here, and that's all that matters. And, uh, that's the type of community that, um, I've created. And, um, You know, uh, I just sent out two or a couple energy updates. Now I do this through Patreon, and also there's an app coming, but it's basically a community membership where you pay a certain amount a month and you get all these extra perks that no one else gets. And one of them is, um, Ask Me Anything, where once a month we get together and you can ask me anything. We pull cards, there might be mediumship, there might be Reiki. Healing, prayer, whatever is needed. And then the energy updates, it's a personalized video from me. Um, this month I did something a little different. I gave them, uh, you know, what chakra needed to be worked on, the crystal associated with it. There were songs coming in, colors, spirit animals. So It's very much personalized, it's channeled, and if you're interested in that, let me know, comment below, and, uh, we'll— I'll hook you up, as they say. And as well, please share this with your community, with your tribe. I mean, we're, we're here to cross-pollinate, we're here to build community, we're here for connection and co-creation, and really we're here to heal. Heal each other. I, I truly believe that. And despite what you see in the outside world, despite, um, what's going on in the world— yes, I, you know, from being on social media, I seen what had happened in the United States with rights, with women. And that's all I'm going to say. Um, all I know is goodness will prevail. Goodness will prevail, okay? The right thing will prevail. And we can all pray about that. You can pray right now and just ask, you know, for our highest good. You know, what— whatever is going on now is, is not the final say. God has the final say, okay? Nobody else. No court, no government, no law, no religion, no science. God has the final say. He is the inner— he is the authority. He is the optimist, and so am I. He, God, is, so we are. And I, and I see a lot of posts on Facebook about this, and, and people are devastated and, and this and that. But you know what? We've been there before, but in other things. And this has happened before, but with other things. Are you going to let— be outraged at everything, or are you going to do something about it? And I'm not saying fight and, and, and be destructive and be violent. I'm saying, where can you channel that energy into where there's an actual something actually happening, not just a lot of protest? Anyways. Enough about that. So today we are going to exude our power, we're going to exude our gratitude. And, and how do we do that? Um, you hear the word worship. Now, I don't know about you, but there tends to be a negative connotation with worship, meaning worshiping the devil or worshiping this guru or worshiping this celebrity right? Um, we have to be careful of that. Worship is a key tactic in spiritual warfare, and there is a war going on, believe me. The act of praising God helps us combat the lies. The lies, the illusion, the news, social media, other people's opinions, ego— it's all lies. And the inner dialogue, the critic telling us we're not enough. It's impossible to focus on the goodness and the faithfulness and the power and might when we're feeling weak, worried, afraid, alone, scared, shamed, blamed. So most people, when they hear the word worship, they think of the songs they sing in church. The music they hear on the local radio station. But by definition, worship is any expression of reverence and adoration for God. So when we give our, our tithings, however that is— tithing is not just money. Tithing is donating your time, your energy, praying for somebody, helping them heal, you know, buying food for someone— that is tithing. It's an outside expression. So to serve with a joyful heart, show love to our neighbors, help someone in need— worship is just showing gratitude to God and what God has done. And it's a powerful weapon against the enemy, whatever that is. So I know, and you know, many, many, many years ago when I was a single mom and I was going back to school and I was working part-time and it was difficult. It— I struggled. There was a— we— I went through a difficult financial season and barely making ends meet and, and struggling. And I knew the enemy— and that, and I'm leaving this broadly open, we'll say the devil, whatever the devil is— wanted us to be afraid and focus on what we didn't have. And that's what we tend to do. We are hardwired for negativity. But I refuse to give in. Instead, I chose gratitude because I remembered I can't worry and worship at the same time. You cannot worry and be in gratitude at the same time. No, they cancel each other out. There they go. I choose to live in gratitude. I choose to be thankful. It's a choice point. I heard somebody talk about free will, and I used to say we have free will, but actually we don't because we can't handle it. Think of Atlantis. Anyways, how did that go? Uh, so whenever we're home, we're blasting worship music, like any type of music to get you going. Music is so transformative. That's why I use it in all of my work. That's why it comes in when I do readings, because there's messages in there, and it's transformational in our energy and our mind and our spirit. So I love how song, even worship, includes God's word. And you can change the lyrics at any time, but it makes it easier to remember the encouraging verses when we need them. Just by singing them, we can declare the truth of God's word over any situation. Because it's co-creative. And in fact, if you're feeling attacked, let's say at a grocery store, and you don't want to recite Bible verses— I know I don't know many of them, so I— and, you know, or speak out against the enemy, you can boldly use your sword of the Spirit just by singing a few lines. And you can make up your own, please. You know, if you're emphatic about learning every verse in the Bible, then go for it. I know a little bit, but I choose to integrate what's in my heart and what I know the truth of God is. And it doesn't matter, there's no right or wrong. So I always say, God, how may I serve? Show me what to do today. Show me what not to do. Show me what to say. Show me what not to say. And the devil, get out of the way, get behind me. Get behind me. Anytime I experience something like that, I'm like, not today, not today. So worshiping, exuding, is our whole focus is on God, and it's the best way to block out the lies of the enemy. Because in a state of worship— I love this— we remember who God is and he, he has always brought us out, and how he can be trusted to do it again. So how do you stay in an attitude? How do you exude attitude of worship throughout your, your week, your day? Do you have a favorite song that reminds you of God's truth? You have a favorite song? I think of, um, uh, oh my gosh, Bridge Over Troubled Waters. I think of You Raise Me Up by Josh Groban. I think of Angels by Robbie— uh-oh, how come I can't think of his name now? You know what, I've been doing a lot of videos and— ah, Robbie Williams! I knew There was a W in there. Oh, anyways, let me know what songs bring you up and out of anything. How do you— and, and it really starts with your day. How are you starting your day? How are you ending your day? And if somebody is— and I've said this before— if someone is, um, bringing, like, just bringing stuff out of you and you're not sure what it is, what's going on, you can mute and unfollow them and snooze them for 30 days You can completely delete everything off your social media. You can just walk away, man. I heard a channeling the other day, uh, she was channeling Archangel Raphael, and Raphael is talking about us, us light workers. If you're, you know, you working on the computers a lot, you're being online a lot, he's telling you to pull back because it's draining our energy. And you, and you know what, I, I know that for a fact. I've pulled back quite a bit off of social media and I'm, and online, and I'm focusing on my community. I'm focusing on the people that are wanting to do the work, that are, have an open heart and an open mind and don't have head arguments about, oh well, it has to be this way or that way. You're already into division and splitting, you know. Um, I think of the yin-yang symbol. That's all about balance. Sure, you can see what's going on around you, but are you going to react or are you going to respond? Big choices, choice points. And, you know, all talking about, uh, exuding and, and But you exude that. You're, you're a safe space. I think that's really important. Um, I was in a, a networking, um, event on Alignable, and I've been with them for quite a while. And they asked— and bless Susan for asking this, I mean, you know, she's really putting herself out there because this is her group— she said, give me your honest, like, just tell me what's working in this group, what isn't. And I just— and I said, you know what, I find that it's way too analytical, it's too business-driven, it's too ego-focused. There needs to be more spirituality in this group, meaning how do we take care of ourselves? Self-care. Um, drop the image, drop the labels, drop the needing to be certified in anything, drop the, the science, the religion, the politics. Drop the facade. Let's be real, let's be authentic, and let's feel that we can be ourselves. Um, yeah, because I, you know, I think I still have some issues with, with certain things. I know that for a fact. So anyways, uh, yeah, please let me know where you're from and say hello as well. And I understand, you know, that we're coming into the weekend wherever you are in the world, so if it's definitely going to be on the replay. Do you need prayer for anything? Comment and let's collectively prayer. We'll put you in the prayer pool, and it is deep and it is wide and it is vast. And like, you are, you are not just a drop in the ocean, as Wayne Dyer would say, you are the ocean. All right. And do you have questions? Are you struggling with anything? Do you need guidance? How can we collectively help you raise the global vibration? Because really that's what it's about. That's what it's about. So how about just a prayer for today? You know, we're exuding, we're oozing, we're marinating in this. And, uh, Father, thank you for, you know, that I can stand in the gap for people and exude this gratitude in my life. People who are possibly making poor choices in a state of lack, or they're feeling lost, stuck, depressed, anxious. Thank you that I can cover them in prayer, and I ask you to be merciful. And, and, and I'm not talking about, you know, you're going to be punished, and— but to have, um, to have empathy for them. I will make it my mission to pray for them every day. And I do every day. I pray for everybody and, and send healing light and set the stage and then do the curtain closing at the end at night, uh, as well. So, um, and I really want to, you know, see them reach their destiny. Amen. And so it is. So I, I really, I really trust, um that this helps. Uh, we have a safe space every Saturday, 10:00 AM Pacific. Comment soul to sign up. Um, I think the links are also in, um, in the comments, or in the comments as well. So, woo! Uh, we all know prayer stands for practice, renew, affirm yourself, exude radiance. So tomorrow is radiance. Today is all about exuding it. So let me know how you felt, uh, what what were your takeaways. And of course, I'd love to work with you either on a one-on-one mentorship or group mentorship, have you part of the Soul Healers community. I always forget to promote things like that, so people are like, what community? The Soul Healers Club. Yeah, and, and everyone is, is welcome, like I said. As well, I have online courses, uh, through Udemy, so check that out. There's some free ones too. And my book Intuition Saved My Life is out on Amazon, and if you have read it, please leave me a review so others can find the book. Really, it's about the dark night of the soul. It's about my empathic journey. And of course, um, there's always so many other beautiful things— Unleashing Your Soul's Purpose. There's also the, weekly, uh, Zoom group as well. I really want you to unleash your gold. That's why you're here. That's why we're here. And oh my goodness, I think that was a second bird that just hit. Just, guys, just before— oh my heart— just before I, I went live, I heard a, a thud on the window. I happened to look out. This poor woodpecker sitting on on the balcony, stunned. And I was like, oh my God, she doesn't— where I'm staying, I'm pet sitting— she doesn't have any of those stickers for birds to keep them from hitting the windows. But I think it's the ones up upstairs. So now that was bird number 2. Oh my goodness. All right guys, I'm sending you lots of love. I'm gonna go and pray for the birds, um, and see if I can find a solution for them not hitting the windows. And I'm sending you so much love. Please remember, healing begins where the ego ends, and let me be your soft landing. Love you.
