In this spoken monologue, the creator reflects on the central importance of relationships—between self, others, and the divine Holy Trinity—and shares a personal journey from suffering to redemption guided by mentors. She expresses a desire to live a long, vital life, counting the remaining Christmass, springs, summers, and falls as a motivator. The speaker links current environmental crises (wildfires, floods, earthquakes) to humanity’s mistreatment of Earth and each other, emphasizing the need for genuine self‑kindness over superficial gestures. She frames global turmoil as spiritual warfare, referencing Edgar Cayce’s prediction of World War III as a metaphysical battle, and describes the exhaustion felt by lightworkers and healers who are highly empathic, noting the necessity of rest. Throughout, the tone is conversational and urgent, urging personal responsibility, inner healing, and collective compassion.

You can call it God, Father, Mother God, Holy Spirit, you can call it whatever you want. All I know is I was suffering for a very long time until I decided, and I had quite a few mentors come along and help me and guide me and show me the way, that the way that I was going was going to end up in a— underground in a box. A one-way ticket to— we can call it heaven. I've already been in hell, so God had other plans for me, and God has other plans for you. And it breaks my heart to watch people destroy themselves, or people that just want a quick fix. I get it, we've been taught that, or we don't know any better. We're running from our programs from the age of 4. The child The mind is not fully in personality development until the age of 7. Now, I'm not saying you, you don't have a chance. You still have a chance every single day. But what are you going to do with the time that you have right now? So, because we don't know when our time is up, and I'm seeing some crazy things in the world now. I'm in Canada, and it, you know, people are always, especially from the state, United States, oh, or around the world, oh, it's so— everyone's so nice in Canada, it's so great. You know what, we have our own problems. But these are problems that we can solve together. But the fact that there— we're having more wildfires, more floods, more earthquakes, more, um, climate events. Mother Earth is— she's not happy with how we're treating her and how we treat ourselves and how we treat each other. We are not treating ourselves very well. We are not. We are not being loving. We are not being kind. And it's not something you put on a t-shirt and wear around and think, oh, I'm kind. No. Are you, are you truly kind to yourself first? Because most criticism is reserved for ourselves. Yeah, when something it doesn't go our way or it goes wrong, what's the first thing we do? We say, "Oh, you're dumb. You know, that was a big mistake. Boy, you really screwed that up." You know, that kind of talk. And then guess what happens? It goes out into the world with other people, and you may not say it to them, but you're silently judging them with that type of context. So yes, you know, seeing What's happening in the US, um, is like Edgar Cayce said, the, the Third World War, World War III, is spiritual warfare, and it is happening right now. And if you're a light worker, a healer, you're highly empathic, you're highly sensitive, you are feeling— I don't know about you, but I was feeling that I feel it. Some days I feel way too much and I have to do all these things, and a lot of times it's just rest. I'm just exhausted, and I know I'm not the only person out there that, that's exhausted.
