In this weekly Empath Energy Exchange, spiritual guide Christine J. Gold channels a February 15th message centered on detoxifying, purifying, and balancing one’s life while encouraging viewers to be their own Valentine. She references recent astrological and cultural events—the New Moon in Aquarius, the February 11th Lunar New Year, and a palindrome date—inviting the community to consider moon‑based rituals. The core theme is flexibility, self‑care, and the mother archetype, illustrated through a card reading of the Angel of Balance, which she interprets as a call to address mental, emotional, physical, and relational detox. Christine promotes her “Unleash Your Soul’s Purpose” Zoom group, outlines upcoming topics (shamanism, sacred geometry, moon rituals), and repeatedly urges viewers to engage via comments, likes, subscriptions, and sharing. She also critiques the commercialization of Valentine’s Day, emphasizing self‑love and unconditional love as the foundation for healthy relationships. Throughout, she offers personal anecdotes, seasonal weather observations, and heartfelt encouragement, positioning the video as both a spiritual guidance session and a community‑building call to action.

This is your Empath Energy Exchange. I'm Christine J Gold, your spiritual guide and mentor, and I channel the messages, pull cards, and feel the overall theme for the week. Welcome empowered empaths, lightworkers, healers, and sensitives. The time is now to share your light with the world. So join me, comment, like, and subscribe, and share away. Hello everyone, welcome, and yeah, it's not Sunday, it's Saturday. I just thought I'd, uh, jump on, uh, a day early. I know tomorrow is Valentine's Day and, uh, very busy, so So, and, and like I said, we need to talk. Yes, we do. Um, and I don't know if you maybe noticed, maybe you didn't. I mean, there's so much going on. Um, I did not do an update for last week, so there's that. I, I was just, um, you know, I'm feeling called to maybe shift things around, um, as I'm sure you are. Um, you know, we're talking about, you know, the February 15th energy, and yeah, we do need to talk. I feel like we need to talk more and connect more than we have ever done in the past. And not just— I mean, we're— however it is, online, in person if you can, on the phone, send a letter, a card. I know many in my group were sending out Valentine's Day cards to each other by mail or by email, and I think that's amazing. So Yeah, they're just asking, you know, for us to really connect, detoxify, purify, balance, and be your own Valentine. I love that, be your own Valentine, because yeah, last week was, you know, the new moon in Aquarius. It had that beautiful, beautiful energy, uh, you know, everything was in the air, right? February 11th, 2021, the Lunar New Year, um, as well happened yesterday, and And I happened to get downtown and pick up some beautiful decorations to celebrate the Lunar New Year. And if you're celebrating, I'm honoring and recognizing you. Thank you for being here. If you're live, say hello. If you're on the replay, say hello. If you have a question, feel free to reach out. And yeah, there was also February 12th, 2021, which in reverse was a palindrome. So there were so many, so many things going on. Um, not enough time to talk about, obviously, but if you had any questions about the new moon, uh, do you practice a new moon or a full moon ritual or a ceremony or something to honor your intentions? Um, really important because I have, uh, this morning in our Zoom group, um, the ladies were asking for that. So now I'm asking you guys, what do you think? Um, is that something that would be of value for you? Um, just a place. Maybe we'll— I don't know if it'll be on Zoom or what, where it will be, but a place to practice and to share. So there's that. Um, and then just talking about the February energy, the theme is flexibility. Uh, you can go back onto YouTube if you're not subscribed there. Subscribe, you know, hit the notification bell and you'll never miss a video. But, um, you know, tapping in flexibility, self-care, the mother, how cyclical it is The nature, you know, the nurture. I, I get outside every day, even on a day where it decides to snow, and I mean a foot of snow, right? And I know there's some of you that are having very cold, challenging temperatures, -40, -50 degrees Celsius with the wind. So I'm sending lots of love to you guys, um, having the patience, um, sovereignty. We're really stepping into this, um, things have cleared. And, and the Romans also see this as a time of February to detoxify. Interesting. I found that very interesting. So yeah, and really we're just looking to share and connect and build community. But I wanted to, um, I made a little video for you guys, and this is my gift to you for Valentine's Day before we get to the cards. So Here we go. Happy Valentine's Day. Every day we love you just the way you are. The pure beauty and sacredness of who you are. Love. I am as God created me. Nothing outside of me can replace unconditional love. I am love. Love lives where my heart lives. I connect to the divinity of true love. Love is. And so it is. Healing begins where the ego ends. If you enjoyed this, please like, please share, please comment, and please subscribe. Yeah, so this, this is what I'm talking about. It is a gift to you for Valentine's Day. Thank you for always being here, supporting me, um, encouraging me. We encourage each other. And you know, I had also posted about being your own Valentine. You know, be your own Valentine, be your own first and only true love, okay? Because really, that is where, you know, let's say you're single, for example, uh, that is where you're going to find a person that perfectly balances you, a person that is your yin to your yang. You know, it's, um, you don't need anybody outside of you to complete you is basically what I'm saying. You already are whole and complete. And if you don't feel that way, then, you know, there's work to do. There's always work to do. I understand. I made some big, big changes. I'm alone for the first time, uh, on Valentine's Day in 6 years. So if you're alone, I understand. And if you have a partner and you love them, then love them every day, not just on Valentine's Day, okay? I guess that's what I'm trying to say. Um, so I'm not gonna— I'm not preaching to the choir, all right? Um, and if you're here, thank you so much for being here. Hi Madeline, yes, happy Valentine's Day. Thank you for being here, sending lots of love to you. Um, but really, we also talked about the energy of the group as well, but the, you know, every holiday, you know, find a way to have fun with it. It's a reminder, okay, yes, I know where I am, it's the middle of February, and then, oh, that was fun and we made a nice meal, or we did the decorations and the crafts with the kids or the grandkids, or with your friends. And the next, you know, holiday— well, here is Family Day on Monday, so happy Family Day. So that's a great reminder for families to connect with family. Maybe you're estranged from your family for a reason, but always know that, you know, here is family. You have family here. All right, so if you're feeling stuck or alone or you're really struggling, please reach out. Please reach out. So the next holiday— well, holiday, uh, the next time would be, uh, I think of St. Patty's Day, right? That's going to be fun. I've always enjoyed that one as well, and I have a few friends in Ireland, um, that I'm going to bring, uh, someone on the show who is from Ireland, and he's going to read his poetry. So I'm looking forward to having him on the show. It's going to be exciting, it's going to be fun. But let's get to this week, you know, um, the weekly message. Really, we're, we're just talking about detoxifying, purifying, balancing, and being your own Valentine, um, along with that February energy— flexibility, self-care, the mother. So when I think of the mother, I think of unconditional love, unconditional light, all of it. So, all right, um, yeah, so Angel of Balance, that's the, the weekly, you know, the overall. And as you can see, that's a new moon above, and we just had the new moon. So, um, the pyramids, the energy, do you see the angel wings? So it's all about bringing balance into your life the best way that you can. Um, yeah, and it's really looking at, you know, 360 degrees of, you know, mental detoxifying, emotional detoxifying, physical detoxifying, and, you know, relationships. Nutritionally, um, it's not just diet, it's what are you ingesting more than anything. So you've got that and also from the Self-Care deck. You know, this is interesting. This looks like, um, angel wings, butterfly. There's— you see the hall in the back here, this, um, this cave. I think of that as the Akashic Records, your past lives. You're coming out fully into who you truly are. You've got the rose. The rose is sacred geometry. We talked about that in our Unleash Your Soul's Purpose Zoom group, which I, you know, if you're interested in joining, it's an amazing community already. We had 8 ladies, uh, this morning, and it's growing. Um, I don't want to make it too big, but, uh, you know, it's a great place to share. It's a safe space if you're highly sensitive, empaths, you know, take notice. Uh, this is the place for you where you can share. We had ladies from Italy across Canada, the United States. So, um, I— it's, it's amazing space. So this independence is— you're fully— you're, you're coming into who you truly are meant to be, who truly you are meant to be, and deciding for yourself as well. You exercise your right to choose, not having somebody tell you what to do. Your choosing. It's your choice. So what choices do you have to make, and are they yours? That's what I heard. Are they yours or are they someone else's? Okay, that's very important. Are they yours or are they somebody else's? All right, um, yeah, so like I said, this— there's a free Unleash Your Soul's Purpose on Zoom. It has already started, but we welcome— come on in, we'd love to have you. So just comment soul to sign up for that. I'll send you the link as well. And yeah, and, and I know Madeline's already part of this, and I'm looking so forward to working with you. Uh, but the Unleash, you know, your, your magic, your intuitive mentorship is year-round. I decided just open it up because, you know, you might be in just different stages of your life you're not quite ready. I think, you know, the stars have to align, whatever it happens to be. And it could be finances as well. But I mean, this is really a time for you to step into who you are. And, um, I'm so glad that, uh, you're brave enough, you had the courage to finally say yes to yourself. So comment, uh, magic to get more information on that if you're interested, or go to my website I, I do have that February update as well. It is on YouTube. So if you're looking for some information on that, because I know sometimes, um, we read, hear, listen, watch so many things, and sometimes the messages get a little, um, you forget. I understand. You can only absorb and retain so much information, and it takes time to integrate it. Takes time to integrate it. All right, so yeah, it's really just discovering who you are. Um, and if you're catching this on the replay, please ask a question if you have one, and I'm definitely here to help. But really just talking, um, yeah, about the Valentine's energy, I think we're very aware, um, of how we were led astray and how it was kind of commercialized. I mean, that was the biggest discussion about Valentine's Day. So we, we know better now, do we not? We do. We, we absolutely do. So, all right, well, thank you so much for joining me, and I really appreciate your time. Uh, if there's something, a topic, um, that you'd like me to talk about, because next Saturday, that would be the 20th of February, in our Unleash Your Soul's Purpose call, I do ask the ladies what they'd like to talk about, and a lot of them were talking about the new moon the full moon and having a ritual. And I'm going to talk about that in the group as well, and we're going to practice along. But this next Saturday is about shamans and shamanism and what the symbolism of it was. Um, today it was about sacred geometry, which, you know, roses, um, our, our structure, our crystalline structure, our inner ear, our eyes, our bone structure is all sacred geometry, just like the plants our sacred geometry. There is no, um, with pyramids, that type of energy. It's all connected. It's not, it's not a coincidence why these things are happening. So, um, so yeah, definitely sign up for that. Love to see you there. And, uh, yeah, just checking the— yeah, I'm looking forward to working with you as well, Madeline. Thank you so much and have an amazing Valentine's Day. And, uh, yes, please remember, guys, you know, be your own Valentine. Give yourself the biggest hug. How can you show someone kindness and love that you would want the love and kindness reflected back to you? All right, have an amazing weekend. Uh, sending you lots of love, and please remember, healing begins where the ego ends. Take care.
