This content was created by Christine J Gold. This content was uploaded by Christine J Gold. This is a YouTube video titled "Full Pink Moon Bathtub Meditation" (created 2022-04-15) consisting of a single-speaker guided meditation and spiritual monologue recorded from the speaker’s bathtub. The speaker addresses listeners (including a shout-out to "24 Karat Healing" and Christine J Gold), guides breathwork and an Epsom-salt/ritual bath, and focuses on themes tied to the full pink moon in Libra: balance, cleansing, non-attachment, cord-cutting (Archangel Michael), releasing outcomes, ritual (candles, crystals, burning), and emotional/spiritual healing. The piece invites participants to perform ceremonial actions, reflect, and share feedback after the meditation.
Chapters
Greetings, my beloved souls of 24 Karat Healing and Christine J Gold. I'm coming to you live today, pre-recorded, wherever you are in the world, from my bathtub. Now, a little backstory. Epsom salt baths are so sacred, something that us sensitives, empaths, old souls, lightworkers, and healers need to do to cleanse the energies, the vibrations, the feelings, the emotions that are normally not ours, that are held in the body. And as I recognize this full pink moon in Libra, I recognize the balance that needs to happen. The balance as in the scales, the scales, the Justice, you know, you see the scales You know, are, are they balanced or are they out of balance? Um, I have been traveling in Peru for almost 6 months, and I'll tell you something, a bathtub is something I never thought I would miss so much because many, many places that I've stayed in only have showers. So when I booked my last spot, which is now before I head somewhere else, and you have to tune in to find out for that, I made sure that there was a bathtub. I purchased, uh, sacred Epsom salts and rose petals and Moringa. She had made this concoction in Pisac for bathtubs, um, with, you know, all the minerals that you need to regenerate, to reinvigorate, to let go of whatever needs to be let go of. So I was divinely inspired to record this in the acoustics of this majestic bathtub and bathroom. So maybe you feel inspired to have an Epsom salt bath before you continue this meditation, or maybe you choose not to. But whatever you put in your bath— baking soda, Epsom salt, essential, essential oils, rose petals, Maybe moon water from your last full moon event. Bring it, bring it, use it, utilize it, whatever you feel inspired to use. Bring your candles, bring your crystals. I like to sprinkle bath water— you might hear this— over my crystals, my bracelets, my gemstones, because this is a part of cleansing as well. And it's been almost 6 months since I've had a bath, so I'm making this a very sacred experience. Bring in any kind of music you'd like, or just listen to the sound of my voice along with the candles, and really just lay down, close your eyes. And really focus on your breath. Yes, thank you for that, Horn. The breath is the key to everything. The breath is the key back to your intuitive self. The breath is the key to letting go. The breath is life. Ah, and I think of babies. Now you think of babies when they breathe, they breathe from their belly, their diaphragm. And why? Because when they're so tightly held in a womb for 9 months, they acclimatize to their environment, their surroundings. Therefore, they get the deepest, the best breath from their belly. From their diaphragm. So I really want you to focus on that right now. Put your hand on your belly, put your hand on your heart maybe, and take a deep breath in and let it go. Now you can do that again. Take a deep breath in and let it go. Now I want you to focus on the breath, making the biggest belly breaths as possible. In, holding, and letting go. You can continue that breath, or you can continue listening to the sound of my voice and going back to your normal breath. But just doing that a few times really connects you back to your nervous system, which really connects you back to your autoimmune system. Which connects you back to your soul, telling it everything is okay, we're good, there's nowhere to be, nothing to do. I'm just here in this present moment, recognizing and acknowledging my soulful self. Connected to God, to Source. I am divine, I am prosperous, I am grace, I am beauty, I am love, I am peace, I am the presence of this full pink moon in Libra. Libra, brah, brah, brah. I think of breath. In order to have balance, you must have breath. So what are you taking away from this connection, this meditation, this sacred time between yourself and the Almighty Creator. But remember, you are the creator as well. Tap into that. Look at those scales and see how you can have a romantic conjunction of peaceful presence in this divine moment that we're all experiencing together. Together. We are not separated by time or space or distance or judgment. We are all connected by love, and love is who we are. Love is all there is. And love is my currency, is our currency, is our energy, our energetic selves. So with the moon, this full moon is asking you to let go of things that no longer serve you, to cleanse the body, to come back into your peaceful presence, and to know that everything— and I mean everything— is in your favor. Even if you can't see it, feel it, know it, hear it. They're asking you to let go of any how things should be and what they look like and how they show up and why isn't it happening yet, because you're too attached to the outcome. So you need to release and let go of that outcome. See it as a balloon floating up into the universe. Away it goes, away it goes. Let it go. So think of any people, places, situations, whatever is going on right now, letting it go. And we're putting it on the altar and we're letting it go and we're giving it to God because God knows what to do with it. We don't know what to do with it. We have too many attachments, and this is where we have to practice non-attachment and detachment. We must know the difference. Detachment means I'm not playing anymore. I'm just going to avoid this situation, these people. I'm not playing. I'm out of here. So avoidance, really. Whereas attachment means you're fully hooked, you're fully hook, line, and sinker into anything, and you're very lost and distracted, and you don't know what your next step is. Unhook. Ask Archangel Michael to come in and help you cut any cords. Any attachments, any wounds, anything that is not of yours. But remember that anything you're perceiving coming into your field is a mirror. You're merely reflecting whatever you're not dealing with, whatever you're hooked into. Attachment and detachment. So we're cutting those cords away right now, and we're practicing non-attachment, meaning I see it I acknowledge it, but it is not mine. It is not my cross to bear. And especially coming into the Easter weekend, Lent week, all of that. You know, where I am, all I see in Peru is either you're Catholic or you're Christian, you're nothing else. So there's a lot of attachment and non-attach— or detachment. So, and Christ is always on the cross, bloodied, and it's just so sad. It's— I mean, it's an acknowledgment of what he did for us. We're no longer going to be held in that fear and that guilt and that shame, and to know that we have, we already have the grace to place whatever wounds, traumas, attachments, detachments, cords, energy, sin, we're placing this on the mantle and we're letting it go. It is already done. You're already forgiven. Just being here and acknowledging the work that you've done, and we're letting it go. And you can even write these things down if you'd like, or you can write them in your mind's eye and then let— burn them, give them to the, to the blue flame, the purple flame, let it burn away, or you can create a vessel and burn with a sacred candle. I mean, anytime you light a candle, you're inviting Spirit in, you're inviting ceremony, you're inviting ritual. So thank you for taking this sacred journey with us today, and let me know how you feel after participating in this beautiful Full Moon, Full Pink Moon in Libra. Feel free to send me any comments or comment below or reach out privately by email. I love you so much, and please remember, healing begins where the ego ends, and let me be your soft landing.
