In this reflective monologue, the speaker ties together World Mental Health Day and World Homelessness Day to argue that true "home" is a spiritual and emotional state rather than a physical location. She explains that grief, trauma, and abuse can render us spiritually homeless, causing a disconnect from ourselves, the universe, and others. The talk references the Schumann resonance as a metaphor for emotional resonance, emphasizing humanity’s hardwired need for connection and love, which she describes as a healing frequency. She urges listeners to practice self‑care, reach out for help (including calling 988), and join her compassionate listening community, offering a space where people can share without being fixed. The overall message is a call to turn inward, recognize our shared need for love and connection, and seek healing together.

There's no coincidence that it's World Mental Health Day today and World Homelessness Day. What do I mean? The correlation between our mental health is directly connected to feeling at home, feeling one with not only ourselves but the universe, with Source, with God, and with others. Home is not just a physical aspect. I mean, Don't they say home is where the heart is? And your heart is actually the emotional intelligence that speaks here, right? So it's not just a physical aspect, but a spiritual one. We are at war with ourselves, and it reverberates, it goes out into the world. That is not a healing tone. We are all homeless in some aspects of ourselves through grief, through trauma, abuse, and mental wellness. I don't want to say illness. We need to kind of flip that a little bit, and we are always looking outside rather than inside, the, the quick fix. And I know things are changing, people are coming around, people are connecting, um, And I really want you to go there and feel what you feel and move it through your body. That is emotional resonance. And the lost connections with not only ourselves becomes a disconnect with others. You still with me? I feel the weight today. I really do. I was writing a blog before this and I was crying. Actually, I started the day feeling heavy. I went and looked at the Schumann's resonance and boom, here we are. It's heavy. There's a lot of stuff going on. We must start taking care of ourselves and each other. We are hardwired for connection. This is not just feeling charitable, doing nice for somebody, but this is something we do every day. This is like part of our DNA. This is a— rather, it's about love. Love is a frequency. Love is the purest form, and love heals all. If you are struggling, call 988. Call someone you trust. Heck, call me. Like Blondie says, call me. I hold compassionate spaces and listen, and I don't fix. If you want to join our healing community, please reach out. If this message resonates in any way, share, comment, and connect.
