Hello everyone and happy Friday! And yeah, just jumping on today, I felt called just in regards to— hi everyone— just in regards to the power of prayer and forgiveness and how it releases you. I've been seeing this come, you know, coming up a lot lately just in my own training. I've been doing a lot of training to be a chaplain, and that involves a lot of prayer and practice. So part of what I wanted to do was to share how the power of prayer and forgiveness and how it releases you and it releases others. So I guess the most, you know, this Ho'oponopono is a very— it's a sample of true forgiveness. It's practiced by ancient Lemurians and then later in ancient Hawaiian tradition as Hapono'ono means to make right. I mean, everything that's going on right now, we are here to make amends for everything. We've been talking about our own healing and helping heal others, and the power of hapono'ono will do that. That's a great place to start, and that doesn't absolutely mean you have to do this for the person that you want to extend forgiveness to, but you can if you like. You can do it for yourself. Ultimately, that's the whole idea. And hi, Gitti, so nice to see you. Hope you're doing well. Sending lots of love to you in Denmark. And please comment below if you're new, um, what's happening in your world right now. Uh, if you're looking, what are you looking for essentially? How may I help? How may I serve? That's how I wake up every morning. I Always ask. I always ask God, how may I serve? Who needs my help today? Maybe it's just listening. Maybe it's just being present. Maybe it's just prayer. It's as simple as that. So one of the primary reasons we end up asking others for, you know, for forgiveness is what we have done to them, and it's an injustice when we projected our own issues onto them, because that's what relationships are. It's a mirror. It's not, oh, those people, they did this to me, they did that to me. Yes, I understand it's happened, but it's a place to start, and we all have to start healing on a soul level. There's no more hiding. We've been doing a lot of past lives and ancestral stuff. Um, the— all the planets pretty much have been in retrograde at some period in 2020. 2020, and we are starting a new month next week. I mean, this whole year has taught us so much. So let me know, you know, what it's taught you. What are you looking forward to? Um, what are you maybe struggling with as well? So you can repeat, um, you know, this prayer silently to yourself, maybe someone who is ailing as well. It's a way to share love, basically. Or maybe someone that's not here, someone that has passed on, but you would like to extend that to them. That's a beautiful way to honor, honor them. So it's very simple: I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, and thank you. So simple, nothing really to remember, and you can truly make it your own as well. So You know, I've also been reading— or it's quite the book— A Course in Miracles. I'm getting through it here. I know a lot of people, it takes many reads to get through the book, to actually, you know, absorb and integrate it. There's lessons at the back as well, but it's just part of my journey. And I know, you know, God has come in and out of my life many times, and this time I heard the call. So, uh, so we're going to start with a little bit of grounding. So maybe you just like to close your eyes, you can lay down, you can relax. I'm just welcoming in everyone. Please share this out as well, uh, you know, because the more love we share, the more prayer we share, it, it's healing. That energy goes out to the world. It, it's cyclical as well. It comes back. So whatever you give and put out to the world is going to come back to you. So what kind of energy are you sending out into the world? That's important as well. All right, so, uh, just imagine, uh, coming from your base chakra, your root chakra, a thick, brilliant white cord. And just imagine this cord shooting down your legs and out your feet. It smashes through the dirt, tree roots, rocks, and debris until it reaches the center of the earth. Here there is a giant rose quartz that is suspended in the middle of the earth. Your cord attaches to this rose quartz and wraps itself around, and it begins to shoot back up following the same path that it just came until it reaches just to the soles of your feet and gently grounds and stabilizes you to the Earth's center. You are now grounded. Now you can do that practice several times a day. I have it for free through SoundCloud if you'd like the link. You can take it with you throughout the day. You can print it out. You can put it on your phone and listen to it, and you can even, you know, make it your own record your own. I welcome you to do that. Make everything— I mean, what I'm sharing is an idea, maybe an inspiration, but at the same time, it's, you know, something that you do. It's got to be personal. It's got to make it your own. That's the whole premise. So we're just going to start with the Ho'oponopono prayer. I love you, and I love you because of who you really are. God's perfect and holy child, the Christ. I'm sorry. I'm sorry for forgetting your true identity and judging you as being capable of being sick or poor or depressed or angry. Whatever that hurt is, you can insert that there. Please forgive me. Please forgive me for having projected my unhealed wounds and limiting beliefs onto you, thus co-creating your challenge— our challenges. I too forgive myself, for I too have suffered by allowing you to bear the cross. It's a heavy one. Of my issues. And thank you. You end the prayer saying thank you. Thank you for mirroring to me, because that's what all relationships are, they are mirrors, that which needed to be recognized, accepted, surrendered, and refilled with the presence of the truth and the truth of who we are as we now stand forgiven By each other, we also stand healed and one in God, as God. And you can end it, amen, and so it is. And it's that simple. It's a feeling. That's the whole idea of Ho'oponopono is it's a feeling. They made it very simple. They made it a bridge because we are here to bridge for others. To be connected. We're all connected. We are all one. There is no separation. That's where the trouble started, is the thought— our ego thought we were separate. We are not separate. All right, so let me know how you guys are doing. Did you enjoy that? Uh, did you need a copy of that? I— yes, I guess I will make a PDF of the Ho'oponopono prayer that we just did together. I will record an audio as well, but you can always go back to this video if you need a copy of this. Tag some friends, um, because, you know, it's the very fact you are here— there's a reason, there's a reason we're connected, we're connected. So, and this is also because the ego believes that mind is dangerous. And that to make mindless is to heal. So we're trying to make the connection there, meaning you are of not sound body and mind, which is absolutely not true. See how that works? See how we talk ourselves? See how the ego talks us out of things? It's not you. The ego is no longer in charge. You're in charge. Your, your will is God's will. They are one and the same. All right. Ah, so beautiful. It's now 11:11. I love it when that happens. And if you guys, if you need any help, if you need, uh, look in the comments there. You can book a free session with myself. I've got all the information there. It's completely complimentary, so I'm here to practice my skills to help, you know, you guys get on track. I mean, what are you looking to do? When we talk about life purpose, soul purpose, our purpose, we're talking about your spiritual journey, not about a career, not about manifesting something. We're, we're wanting to heal at a soul level. That's what the soul purpose is. Also, Unleash Your Magic intuitive mentorship, that starts September 21st. The link is also in the comments to sign up. I have, uh, 8 spots left out of the 10, and if you sign up before September 7th, you save $60 as well. I'll send you all the information to that. And there's also a Power of 8 group, which is a small group of 8 like-minded ladies. I've created that as well. So basically it's all about opening up your intuitive self. And ultimately finding your soul's purpose. That's why we're here. That's your job. Your job is to figure that out, and this is the time. There is no going back. All right, guys, I love you so much. Hi, Thor Lisa, so nice to see you, and I am getting back to you, so thank you. I've seen the emails and all that, so Uh, yeah, Thor Lisa is actually one of, uh, our beautiful souls that signed up for the one-on-one mentorship, so pretty excited to have her joining us. So, all right guys, I want to wish you love, light, and blessings. Yeah, looking forward to creating magic. I love that. See, I love it. All right, healing begins, guys, where the ego ends. I'm wishing you so much love. Mwah! And take care.
