Christine J. Gold presents the 8 Clairs, a framework for eight types of intuitive ability beyond the five senses. Most people have one or two dominant clairs. Clairvoyance receives information as visual images, clairaudience through sounds, and claircognizance as knowing without a clear source.

So, uh, this week is all about, uh, intuition. Um, I wanted to talk about that a little bit. I'm going to take that ticker off because it's distracting. We don't need any more distractions in this world. So, um, I, I teach a workshop called the 8 Clairs. Now, a lot of us think maybe there's only the 5 senses, right? But actually, um, there's more. At least with the work that I've done, um, there's 8. Now maybe some people say, oh no, there's only 6, there's only 7. It doesn't really matter. Um, but what I want to impart is that we all have the ability to intuit. Now for me, you typically have 1 or 2 as your strongest. So for me I would have to say 3, so I like triangles anyways. It's clairvoyance, where I see a picture, and animals do the same thing. They see things in pictures. That's how they get their information right away. I hear— I'll usually hear something, or a song, or just something, a whisper. And then I'm getting the, the claircognizance, where you know that you know that you know. You're not sure how, but you know. Or you're like, I'm not sure yet, and then it's confirmed. You're like, I knew that.
