Subscribe on your favorite way to podcast and let the healing begin. Thank you. This is an impromptu audio special podcast, uh, if you want to say. I'm going to call this Hurricane Lee Edition. And why? Because yes, I'm traveling again, and I had hinted before that I wasn't going to tell anybody till I'm here. Well, I'm here. I am in the midst of Hurricane Lee on the western side of Nova Scotia. Near Windsor, Nova Scotia, and they've downgraded it to a tropical storm. However, we lost power, which tends to happen out here. And I've never been to the East Coast. I've been to the West Coast. I've been all across Canada with the exception of the Yukon. And, you know, let me tell you, um, Nova Scotia is, well, I've been told that it's the new Florida. And why is that? We all know that the climate has changed. We all know that Mother Nature is not happy. We all know that these hurricane, fire, drought, you know, these events are happening more. And with that, um, is causing a lot of people anxiety and uneasiness. I mean, even myself, when the power went out at noon, I was like, oh, okay. I, I mean, I was prepared for it. I knew it was going to happen. It was just a matter of when. And yes, I am recording this right now because I'm lucky enough to have a generator and a little bit of juice on my computer. And funny enough, the internet is still working, so here we are, here we are. Um, yeah, Hurricane Lee. Um, and my friend in Denmark, I— she had sent an email back and sending prayers and making sure you're safe. And I've, you know, thank you for all those well wishes. But as a tropical storm, it really is more about the wind. I mean, they were talking about a lot of rain but I haven't seen a lot of rain. It's just been gusting winds. I mean, there are branches flying everywhere. A branch landed on someone's vehicle, um, you know, those types of things. It wasn't as bad as it was back in, I believe, July they had— or was it May? May or June they had fires, and then they had flooding. And in this area specifically Um, there were people that were swept away, so there were about 8 lives that were lost, including children, uh, in this area. And the river is just so interesting. I'll have to share pictures, but it's a red clay river. And I don't know if you're familiar or have seen before, but I was just like, wow, I've never seen that before. And they have eagles here, and I happened to catch one yesterday on my way back. From taking Maxie for a walk. So, um, I just— and then I, I've also built an itinerary of lighthouses because the lighthouses here are spectacular. Um, I wanted to go, you know, to the beach yesterday, uh, and just see the ocean before the storm, but I thought, no, I'm going to stay put and make sure that everything is— everyone is safe and to have everything, you know, your batteries and extra gas and propane. And, you know, like they say, tie everything down, especially when it's super windy. And, you know, living in a landlocked Alberta for most of my life, I— this is the first hurricane I've experienced. And the fact that it's so humid here too, that's why they call it the new Florida. I mean, they'll say it's 22 degrees Celsius, but with the humidity it's 30 and it's, there's no breeze. There's no, like the air isn't fresh. It's kind of stale. I guess that is the precursor to the hurricane coming up, right? It just kind of stops everything because it's sucking all the air out into the ocean. Now I'm not a meteorologist or an expert either way, but if you know a little bit more about it, you know, send it my way. Um, just the fact that our weather is changing, and it is not changing, uh, just because of humans. Um, I mean, you've been following me for a while, uh, it's— I'll just say HAARP, and if you know what HAARP is, then you know what I'm talking about. If you don't know what it is, send me a message, send a question in, send a comment, and maybe leave your email address too, because when you send a reply to me, I just get the reply. I don't get anything else. So, um, it would be good to connect that way. Or you can follow me, uh, you know, social media, Facebook, uh, Instagram, YouTube, and of course on Spotify. But, uh, It's just, um, it's like they don't want us to win. They don't want us to win. And I'm, and I'm sending prayers and, and blessings and healings out to Libya as well. I've, I watched what happened there. Like, they call it a once in a lifetime event, and it's like, no, it's not. This is man-made. This was created. Um, yeah, this is— hopefully you can't hear the generator that's running. It's quite noisy, but I put my headset on. So to make sure that nothing— they say, and I did some research, that, um, food in deep freezes, if it's full, is good for up to, uh, 48 hours. No, yes. And then in the— no, up to 24 hours. So in the fridge it's a little less. Um, and then I learned how to fill up a generator with gas and how to start it. So these are, you know, these are things that we actually need to know. We need to prepare for the unexpected, uh, kind of like the Boy Scouts or the Girl Scouts. We always need to be prepared. And, and rely on ourselves. And when the shit hits the fan, how are we going to respond? Not react, but respond. And we do have the grit, and we do have the determination, and we have all the resources available and within us as well. So if you're listening to this and something's going on right now for you just hold on to that. Just like the storm, it will pass. This is supposed to pass by, by the evening, and then they'll— they say they'll have power back up tomorrow by 11 PM. But you know, when I talk to local people who are super friendly, very, very nice, they say, you know, it could be longer or it could be in the next 10 minutes. You just don't know, right? But what you do know is you, you can get through it. And it's a reminder of how we have been— funny, I'm, I'm doing this right now— but so reliable on power. But power in different aspects. I mean, think of power like, you know, who has the most money, who has the most wealth, who has the most cars. I mean, there's that saying, who has the most toys win, right? Wrong. That can be taken away in a split second. The power is within us. We are powerful beings. We are here for this time. We're here to witness so many things. And to go, okay, I see what's going on there. Okay, I could have handled that a little bit better. Okay, I'm here for a few lessons. What are they? And some of them you may know, and some of them you're not aware of yet. They'll keep showing up. They kind of, kind of, you know, like my mom would say, you get a smack upside the head. Um, in that respect, it just, you know, that you're— let's say you keep inviting the same type of relationships into your life, the same type of people. Well, you can't be turning and saying, well, that's those people. No, you've got to turn it around on yourself and go, okay, what is it about me? Why do I attract? What am I— what kind of signals and vibes am I sending out? And how can I look at those and, and heal and be responsible and accountable and say, okay, I'm going to do a lot of work on myself, instead of saying, oh, I'm looking for my man or my woman or my person, they're out there somewhere, I'm not complete without them. That's not true. You are already complete. It's— there's no desperation, there's no need for desperation. You are a child of the Most High God. You are created for greatness. You are created to co-create with Divine Source, with God. So how can you feel into that? What does that feel like? What does that look like. Um, in my quiet moments of, you know, the hours in between the generator and me being on the computer, I realized I have been too attached to things that need power, meaning the computer, maybe a little bit of the TV, the movies, my phone. Um, it just really brought some things into perspective. Uh, which, you know, those dark times too. Like, I made sure I have candles and flashlights. And, and how, you know, really what I'm trying to say is why I'm here, because I've never been. So I want to experience Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick and Newfoundland as much as possible. And then I'm going to do the international travel that because I will be 50 in 3 and a half months, and I don't want to be in Canada for that. I want to be somewhere else. So, um, I want to treat myself. And I guess it's, it's not the number, it's just something that keeps coming up. Um, and you don't have to be 40 or have a huge milestone, but if something keeps coming up That's Spirit inviting you to follow the breadcrumbs, to have some fun, to let your hair down, as they say. Just meander, just meander. And I wanted to bring up, um, I follow, well, Jim Carrey. He is quite private now, but he is quite connected, um, back to himself, I guess, is what I'm saying. I, I listen to some of his speeches. I follow some of the things he talks about. And there was one thing that really stood out for me. There's quite a few, but this one was really powerful. He said, so many choose a path of fear disguised as practicality. Fear, practicality. Oh, and I'm sure you'll hear that when you're like— let's just say you want to be a baker in France, you know, you want to open a bakery there, like just something sky-high. Or you want to, you want to help kids learn to read better, whatever that is. And people, some people around you, they don't understand. They don't understand why you want to do that. So they'll go, well, that doesn't sound like it's going to make a lot of money. 'Or that sounds like really hard. Are you sure you want to do something like that?' That sounds like it's always based on their experiences, and many times not good, or they have hearsay from other people, right? So don't let other people talk you out of your dreams, of who you are. I mean, I planned Nova Scotia months ago, and here I am. And there is some planning. You, you get the seed, you get the inspiration, you do have to do some of the work, yes, but then you let go of the reins and see what spirit will serve up to you and for you. And if you're open to everything and attached to nothing You will see what gets dropped on your platter of possibilities. Oh, I like that, platter of possibilities. And don't get stuck in the, you know, Seven of Cups energy where, oh, I don't know which one to choose, and then it's analysis paralysis. Go towards what feels good and what aligns with where you are right now and who you are. So yes, I'm safe. Um, I've learned a lot already. I, I've only been here a week and, um, I can't wait to explore the rest of Nova Scotia. Maybe let me know where you, where you recommend, uh, I should go. And, um, because I'm doing the lighthouse tour, I— my plan is to go all the way around the province. I'm going to go see my friends in Port Hawkesbury, Dynasty Electric. Jenny and Seth, if you're listening, hi! We're also doing a retreat together, a 3-day retreat, October 12th to the 15th, called the Dream Oracle Retreat, and it's going to be beautiful. If you're interested in that, the links are all on my website and all across social media, or again, send me a message. I also have a mentorship coming up. So we are all intuitive, we're all gifted, we all have gifts. It's just a matter of tapping into your natural-born gifts, talents, and abilities and stepping into who you truly are, whether you want to call it your purpose, your, your goals, whatever that is. I am launching a 1-year course, to tap into your intuition, to mediumship, to healing, to inner child, to all of that. Your clairs, how to play games with spirit, how to acknowledge spirit, all of the prayers and the meditations that go into that. Everything that I learned from my mentor back in 2018, and here we are. So if you're interested in that, it starts October 5th. So gosh, where are we? It's September 16th today that I'm recording, so you might want to get on that. We would love to have you. There's— you're going to be part of the Soul Healers community as well as a private safe space. Um, all of the— everything, the audio, the PDFs, the meditations, the recordings will all be there for you. And then there's all these little bonuses as well. So you might want to check that out. You can follow me, uh, you can check out Soul Healers Community on Facebook, or you can go to my website, christinejgold.com. There's plenty of ways. It's also on Eventbrite, and it's also on All Events as well. And I, I'd love to have you either way, or we could jump on just a connection call and you can take it from there. So my goodness, yeah, I, I— so Port Hawkesbury and then out to Sydney and then Yarmouth and then Halifax. Um, I'm also— I, I'm wanting to connect with, um, a good friend that I had on my podcast. Oh my gosh, 2 years ago already. Uh, Sean Leonard, Spirit Talker. Migma medium, and he is in Nova Scotia. So we're going to make that happen. And he just released his book called Spirit Talker, uh, so congratulations to him as well. And then my book, Intuition Saved My Life. And I know there's a few more books in there, so either way, um, I will be giving— there, there's some prizes as well because I'm doing some free psychic training this month. So head on over to our community, to my website for all of that. And I'm sending you all so much love wherever you are in the world. Please know, please, please, when, when I'm saying these words, close your eyes. Please know that you matter. You're worthy. You're here for a reason. You're here for a reason, and you don't need to do anything else other than just be and love yourself. Once you do that, it will just emanate out of you. The light will just shine, the sparkles. People will feel it naturally, and that's how we're going to help each other home. Sending you lots of love. Take care.
