Intuitive guided messages for January 7-13, Self care & Self love

In this weekly intuitive guided message, the host welcomes viewers to the second week of January and acknowledges the post‑holiday blues that many feel after the festive season. She encourages listeners to reflect on the new year by choosing a personal "word for 2019" and invites them to share it in the comments. She shares her own recent life changes, noting that she turned 45, quit smoking, and is redirecting money toward extensive self‑care practices such as Reiki, massage, floating, acupuncture, osteopathy, and chiropractic work, committing to at least one self‑care activity each month. The host links self‑care to self‑love and to fulfilling one's dharma, emphasizing inner work on past traumas and relationships to naturally form new habits. She then presents a three‑card tarot reading for the week: The World reversed, urging a broader perspective; the Heart card, signaling blossoming abundance and wealth; and the Deceit card, indicating the end of self‑deception and a move toward honesty. Throughout, she promotes her weekly blog, newsletter, and offers a free 15‑minute Reiki consultation, encouraging viewers to engage with her services for further guidance.

And welcome to the first full week of January, everyone. Are you feeling the love? Welcome and thank you to your first full week of January. This is your weekly intuitive guided messages for the week of January 7th to the 13th. Wow, this is, you know, just ramping up our energy here. I know we all go into the new year with a lot of hope, a lot of thought, a lot of reflection, maybe some resolutions and some goals. And you know that the first week— actually, I think it's the second week of January— is also the bluest or the saddest time of the year as well. I've seen a lot of memes go around where, you know, you take down all the decorations and and your home looks totally empty. So I know for myself, I felt a little sad, you know, the nostalgia of Christmas, of New Year's, you know, the friends, the family, the food, the fun. It was a lot. It was a lot. I know after all the, the family and friends and the entertaining was done, I could actually breathe and like, whoo, it was fun. But at the same time, We all, I'm sure, wanted it to end, and you know, a lot of good things do come to an end, and then it's a time to go inward and reflect. Okay, so your message for the week, basically, just with the hope and the wishing and the love for the new year offers, be mindful if the sparkle, glitter, and luster of the year doesn't wear off or fade away. That's really hard to continue. You know, once you, like I said, you take the decorations down, there's no more, you know, festivities, family, and then you're like, okay, now what? Okay, this is a time where you need to reflect. And I want to challenge all of you. I've seen this go around a lot on Facebook. What is your word for 2019? What, what is really meaningful to you? Take some time to reflect on that, write it down, and then comment below and let me know what your word for 2019 is, and I'll tell you mine. But you have to comment to get that, all right? You know, they, like I said, the year of the new year fades away much like resolutions. Don't make them, please. And here's why. They're like I had mentioned in my last video, they're meant to be broken. They— people start losing their motivation, they're wondering, is it worth it? And really, who are you making these resolutions for? They must be for yourself, okay? And next week will be my 1-year anniversary where I quit smoking. Now that wasn't a resolution that I made in January, it just happened to be a time where I I was tired of feeling tired. I was tired of smelling like cigarette smoke. I was worried about my health. I was tired of huffing and puffing, you know, when I work out. I found it really, really hard to maintain my workouts as well. And then of course there's the health side, you know, as you're getting older. I just turned 45 January 2nd. But as well, it's also the money factor, right? So I'm choosing to invest my money elsewhere and most of it involves self-care. Like today I had Reiki session, I had a massage. Next week, you know, I'm looking at doing floating, acupuncture, seeing an osteopath, a chiropractor. I mean, I'm doing the whole gamut this year. It's all about me and taking care of myself. And at least once a month I'm going to do something for myself. And I really hope you do the same for yourself because I Self-care equals self-love. Let's continue. So really, just in my intent is to be a better person. How do you do that? By helping others, you help yourself. This will help your dharma. Your dharma is your soul's purpose. Okay, intend to work on the inside more, the hurts, the past traumas, childhood relationship, and self. The more time you spend on the inside, it will naturally reflect on the outside. Therefore, new habits will form effortlessly instead of breaking them or giving up. So that's what, you know, guides— my guides, my angels, my loved ones, and even the whole YouTube collective— this is a message for all of you. So it's about working on yourself, being your best self, and and not for anybody else. No expectations, no, oh, I should do this because so-and-so is doing that. No, no, no, it's because it's something you want to do. So find out what that is, okay? And your 3 cards for the week, your strength card for the week, it, it's reversed. It's still a wonderful card. It's the World. You can see that you've got the world, you've got the mountains, everything below. Um, right now you're severely limiting your view of things. That's about perspective, thinking too narrowly in your options or what you feel you may deserve. Uh, you may be feeling boxed in old ways and not sure how to expand. So this card is wanting you to think creatively— creatively— oh my goodness. Creatively. My goodness, outside of the box, and find yourself. Okay, um, you may have emotionally painted yourself into a corner, surrounded on all sides of energy such as fear, short-sightedness, limited thinking, and self-doubt, but you still have an option to let all of that go. And this card is telling you not to wait a minute longer to do so. It's time to break out. Okay, take the center stage on this. So you've got your The World card, your heart card. Beautiful, one of my favorite cards. Blossoming abundance, okay. Blo— it's beautiful. I mean, look at the flowers. It's about increasing wealth and value right now. So it signals an increase in wealth, possibly in a dramatic and unexpected way. Ooh, we love hearing that. Be aware, you sow the seeds of your own wealth and prosperity. Much like a gardener tends the ground. The card indicates the universe is blessing you and helping your fruits of labor to blossom. So smell the flowers, be grateful, and enjoy. That's a beautiful card for the heart. And your challenge— of course, everything cannot be easy. You know how you— one grows is through challenges. And if you're scared to do something, do it more, please. Your, uh, challenge card for the week is Deceit. Uh, you can see this gentleman is holding back money or coins or something behind a shroud of secrecy. Um, the deceit of the past is over, or it's about to end. Perhaps it might be something at work that's dissolved. More open communication has developed in your personal life, and the negative and dishonest energy is on its way out. So this is a new and peaceful and open environment. You'll be able to forge more, more success and greater comfort. So deeper level, it's telling you that the period of self-deceit is over. You're now ready to see the abiding truth in your own value, power, and deserving. So take continued effort with your honesty regarding your truths and bringing greater values into your life. So amazing, amazing. You've got the World. Right now it's time to come out. Perspective, people, perspective. Abundance and wealth, and the deceit and dishonesty is over. So this is a time for celebration, definitely. Please let me know below. Subscribe below to my newsletter. I just put up a new blog. I do a weekly blog as well.
